Jess got her HOH Room, and lots of goodies and another letter from her folks - plus a shirt that says BOOYAH! on it, a yellow cap and a Kansas blanket.

The mood of the house is certainly upbeat tonight, and the happy hamsters got In and Out for their meal.

It’s not without it’s upsets though - even in the joy of their Jen-less-ness, she did manage to get off a parting shot that upset Eric, and understandably so. She had taken it upon herself to tell Amber last night, while she was warning her about everything, to be sure and warn Jessica that Eric has a girlfriend and is just playing her. As she walked out the door, she said “Don’t forget to tell Jessica about Eric. Which lead to this conversation:

The problem with it, of course, is that Eric has been completely honest with Jessica about the whole thing. I ached to see him upset, and hope that Jessica and he work it through tonight. In the HOH. Alone. Under the covers. Where there are no x-ray cameras. Heh!

:03 Welcome back to big brother - Hello Julie Chicken, what a lovely dress! Never has there been such an explosive week. But first, where there’s smoking, there’s fire.

:04 Cut to the Veto Meeting, and Jen’s rolling of her eyes as she’s put on the block. Jen says obviously she’s not close with Daniele because she’s a liar. Jameka says she’s very happy, because it’s a strong feeling Jen would be going home. Daniele says Amber and Jameka aren’t big threats, but it’s a risk keeping Jen in because she doesn’t know what she’ll do.

:05 Jen’s working out, and we see Dick come in to taunt her and tell her that everyone in the house says they aren’t here to win shouldn’t be here. Jen says no, and oh. ok. Dick tells her not be bitter toward Daniele, and Jen says she’s not getting a vote no matter what. Jen says she’s not bitter.

:06 Jen comes in to talk to Daniele, and she tells her that on a strategic level Jen is the biggest competitor, and wanting Dick out doesn’t help Daniele in the long run. Jen says she doesn’t want to cry, it’s fine, big sigh. Jen tells us that she’s so angry, and she’s having a good time even when she’s crying.

It’s another Thursday in the Big Brother house, and this week there’s no last minute scrambling, there’s no hushed strategy sessions other then the predictable “If I win HOH, I’m going to nominate…” hopeful whispers. Jen, after her shenanigans two nights ago has decided to go down without so much as a glimmer of fight - except for completely making a mess where others are cleaning.

It’s just another day in the neighborhood.

Last night, we had more of the Donato Show - with fighting, snarling, attempts at civility, and rehashing behind one another’s back.

Dick’s line of “You always quit” is somewhat deja vous, as that’s exactly what Zach accused him of in their little tiff yesterday (ED: I’m ending this conversation. Zach: Run away, that’s what you always do.). Like daddy like daughter!

Eric just got out of the DR, and pulled Jameka immediately aside to the couch on the bathroom to talk, and 100% without a doubt promised her that she has his vote for her to stay.

Told her to load up on slop, in two days he was making her waffles. She said she’d cry, and he said that’s ok, tears of joy are ok.

America’s Player will vote to evict Jen. THANK YOU, AMERICA!!!!

Speaking of AP Tasks!

CBS has finally posted the complete list of tasks and marked which ones Eric has completed successfully according to them. As of now, Eric has earned $20,000, and needs one more official one to get $30k! Voting out Jen will be a SWEET victory indeed!

Amber and Daniele are back - but aren’t allowed to talk about anything other then they went to New York, and the private jet, and the candy basket in the plane and that’s about it! All they can tell them is that they’ll find out more in a couple of days.

Oh man - how hard must it be not to tell them anything! Start the count down now to how long it takes Amber to tell someone!

And now, they’re going outside to tell them about the house happenings - because they weren’t debriefed. Jen is trying to force herself into the conversation, and they’re not happy about it.

The girls are obviously stunned and trying to process it all, while everyone ignores Jen, who keeps saying they’re exaggerating. They asked her to leave - she said it was a ‘house thing’ and insisted.

Previously, on BB8!

After the recap, we come back and rejoin the hamsters after the Nomination ceremony on day 48. Jameka says she doesn’t know how Daniele can say she’s a threat because she’s nice to people, and she doesn’t buy it. Amber is still confident that she’ll win this. Eric apologizes to them both, and Jameka considered what he said to be a slap in the face. Daniele tells her that it’s nothing personal. She tells us that Jameka took it harder then she thought she would.

Jen and Jessica talk on the hammock, and Jen is going off on how keeping Dick was a mistake, and they do it every time. We see Jessica and Eric and Zach talking about wrestling moves - and Zach admits that he likes to block Eric. Nice.

Time for America’s Choice! It’s the WOOBIE! Eric “What in the hell does Woobie mean? This has the makings for a real serious problem here.” He’s laughing - it’s awesome! “America loves me! This is wonderful! Jessica!” He says it’ll be easy and shoves it in the back of his pants, hides it, and then brings it back out later. Check the post down below for the video of him giving Jessica his woobie. She totally melted. So cute. Task Passed! He says he had a blast, and it strengthened their bond. Awwwwwwwww!!

Upstairs, Zach and Daniele are talking about how it feels like they’ve been there forever. They’re sick of everyone, basically, and especially Jen. Zach says he calls himself the silent assassin, and that he’s a force to be reckoned with, planting seeds of doubt.

This morning, Jen is STILL EATING, and walking around blatantly proud that she has a penalty nomination. Clearly she cares nothing about the consequences of her actions, and the other houseguests have gone from planning Jameka’s demise as a direct result (A result that I find WRONG. I want Jameka gone, with the rest of them, but to go as a result of this is NOT FAIR.)

Love him or hate him, Eric hit the nail on the head:

Eric: I would like a rules clarification. How can it be that one bite of one thing is equal to eating all week long? She gave it up during a competition to keep herself here.. so now can Jameka play in HoH’s? It was a factual, mandatory rule that she gives it up, and now she’s plain not doing it. She’s cheating. Having one bite versus not doing it for 2 or 3 weeks when you’re on a 30 days slop mandate, it’s just not fair… They need to explain the rules… Can she be the HoH when she has a penalty nom? Can Jen just do whatever she wants? Can Jameka just play in the next HOH if she wants? Can Jen just get the other 250k if she wins and feels like it?

(to Jen) You’re walking around like you’re proud of this… this wasn’t a simple food comp.. this was a game altering PoV, and you’re not honoring the agreement where you agreed to be on slop for 30 days..

Allowing Jen to continue to blatantly ignore the rules of the POV Competition that she won that drastically altered the events of the house is cheating, is wrong, and should not be allowed. She took herself off slop, and thus should forfeit any right to stay in the game.

Her penalty nomination has nothing to do with the Cigarettes, etc - it has everything to do with her breaking the rules of a competition.

Of course - Jessica just made me spit my diet coke all over the screen! She went inside, runs back out “GUYS! Jen’s Picture is Gray!” everyone leaps off the couches, out of the pool and runs to the door where Jessica says “Hahahahah! You got up!”

And we’re back. There was apparently a house meeting during trivia. Dick walks past Jen who’s outside laying out. He says “Good Job.” she says “I thought you’d be happier.” Everyone else is treating her as if she doesn’t exist.

Jen goes inside, grabs an apple and starts to eat it. Tells those gathered in the kitchen (Jessica, Zach and Eric) that if she stays in the jury house, that she won’t vote for any of them but for Dick or Daniele, because they played everyone all summer. Eric went of, told her to shut up, stop threatening, no one cared - and we got trivia again.

Jameka is looking PISSED. But won’t lower herself to Jen’s level and eat as well. Dick is asking why Jen won’t just leave. Eric says she’s making a mockery of the whole situation. Dick comments that the votes don’t matter. They say Jameka should be happy that Jen’s leaving, but that they wish she could eat.

My, my, my. It’s gonna be a long couple of days in the BB house! The time to get the feeds is now, ya’ll!

Alrighty - this is the last update for this post, I’ll start a new one if need be. From what I can tell, (and other feed-watchers as well) they’re enjoying making it difficult for us to figure out what was said in the meeting because they go to Vortex everytime. However, someone (Dick?) said that she’s be leaving the house on Thursday by a 6-0 vote. As there are only 5 people voting this week, it seems that she has gotten a penalty vote for eviction. That ensures her leaving the house, no matter what, as that penalty vote will tip the scales for eviction even if there is a ‘hinky vote’ from AP - not that I think at this point it’d be a problem.

My question is - why the hell stick around till Thursday then? Jen’s already threatened to walk out of Sequester rather then spend the rest of her summer there - so why not walk now? Rules state if someone in the jury can’t vote for any reason, then America gets to cast that vote. Would that give us two votes - or allow Eric to vote his own mind? Either way, I cannot understand why she’s sticking around. She’s getting silent treatment from everyone - including Dick.

Can’t wait for tonights show - to see if they’re going to cover any of this tonight, or wait until Thursday. My bet is Thursday, myself - but what do you think?

So, around the internets, both Dick and Jen fans are going ballistic, each calling for the immediate eviction of the other. The main sticking point - aside from Dick’s crass and rude comments, of course - is comparing the Mustard on the Shirt, and the destruction of the cigarettes, and calling foul on BB Producers.

So, let’s be rational and think about this. Take Dick’s comments out of the equation, as well as Jen’s comments and the way she provokes him, and vice versa. Poke the bear, get yelled at. Bear gets poked, he goes nuts. So, let’s just talk about the property.

The Shirt: When Eric was given the directive to vandalize something of Jens, he put mustard on her shirt. He did this knowing she would find it within 10 minutes. She put the shirt directly into the washer. MUSTARD. WASHES. OUT. The shirt is good as new and has been worn several times since.

Dick - Ice Tea on Jens head: Washes out, get over it.

Jen - Cigarettes DESTROYED - 1st time: She crushed several packs. She didn’t hide them, she destroyed them. She SAYS she was told it would be ok, why anyone would believe a word out of her mouth is beyond me. She destroyed a few packs this time.

Dick - Clothing in the pool: he threw a handful of clothing into the pool. It wasn’t there very long, and CLEARLY there was no lasting damage, as she’s worn all of that again. Hell, if it was swimming suits, she wears them in the pool anyway. Again, tit for tat, and he clearly got the short end of the stick.

They declared a truce after this, and aside from the occasional comment, Dick has held true to that truce, as did she. Until tonight.

Jen - Cigarettes DESTROYED 2nd time: This time, Jen destroyed FOUR CARTONS of cigarettes. It was clearly a planned move, as she took the time to pack all of her shit, and hide it around the house. 4 cartons of cigarettes is EXTREMELY expensive. It was a deliberate, planned, malicious move.

Dick - Hidden Clothing: He has done NOTHING to her things. It is all into the HOH room, he hasn’t done anything to it at all, he’s just effectively holding her stuff ransom.

So. Comments aside, provocations aside, she’s clearly done far more damage then has been done to her. Add in the comments, and well, Dick’s over the top. She likes to poke the bear. She can be over the top as well. He likes to poke the bear. BOTH ARE AT FAULT. But tonight? Jen is CLEARLY in the wrong. All in all, Dick handled himself admirably. For Dick.

And that, my darlings, is that. Feel free to chime in and tell me how wrong you think I am! Or better yet, agree with me. I like when that happens. (grin)

If you have the live feeds, load ‘em up folks! Jen has been wandering around all day - and now was making Turkey Burgers and said she was going to eat them, then went to the storage room, and took all of Dick’s cigarettes and destroyed them - opened, crushed each package of one carton first. She was called to the DR, and she tossed the other cartons in, 4? total, stomped on them, and then poured bleach over them while she was called to the DR a second time. She ran to the DR, ran inside as soon as the door was open….

…the rest of the houseguests are outside, talking about her odd behavior today, and what would happen if she DOR’d….

It’s about to get down and dirty in the BB HOUSE!

Ironically - Eric, just now in the BY, while Jen is still in the DR: I told Jess once that if I were on Survivor, and thought I was getting voted off, I’d burn the camp to the ground, throw all the food into the ocean…

….and now ED is going inside…. dundunDUN…

8:45 PM He just now noticed four cartons of his cigarettes are missing. He’s not searching for them yet, but is outside smoking a cigarette to calm down. Says “They better remedy the situation right away”

8:50 PM Jameka found her stuff hidden behind the love seat in the chair, and ED is taking all of it to hide in the HOH room. He still hasn’t found his cigarettes though - hasn’t looked yet. Now BB is talking to Dick in the HOH room and we get Trivia.

He goes outside and tells the rest of the group that “Hiding things is fine, destroying is not.” and he asked about his cigarettes and heard a whisper “Don’t tell him!” and he’s searching the house now.

ETA - He has all of her stuff in the HOH room, which Dani left the key with him too. While he was inside, she crushed his pack outside, and then went back in for a confrontation. He says he has all of her things and she won’t get them back, and he finds that they replaced 3 cartons of his cigarettes in Storage room.

That causes her to yell “That’s fucked up Big Brother! You told me I could destroy them!” And she goes to the DR - we hear her yell “That’s REDICULOUS” before the sound cuts. She comes back out - grabs food (she’s ON SLOP) and is currently eating in the back yard.

He just went to the backyard, and lit a cigarette right next to her - and she SMACKED HIM! He says “Dont touch me. Don’t touch me again.” while she’s yelling “I’m EATING, don’t SMOKE AROUND ME.” and we got Trivia!

You can’t make this shit up, people!

Well, we haven’t done one of these for a couple weeks, so let’s see how my opinion on our lovely houseguests has changed, hm?

The Dastardly Donatos - Dick and Daniele

The power team is one again, well, in power! With Daniele’s second HOH reign, she’s in the position to make a big move this time, instead of a vindictive move. She did the expected, and nominated Amber and Jameka, which is a good move, if not powerful. However, if the veto is used, the plan is to backdoor Jen and get her out of there. Good or bad - it’s a big move that takes out one of the strongest women competitors, and strategically it’s smart, no matter how much I hate the back door move. This is simply a season of BD though, so… I expect that to be played.
