Big Brother Craze

No, no no - Dick didn’t do anything to Jen. Sheesh. BUT! Nick is not the only new ‘do this week! In fact, Eric was so inspired by the mohawk, he got himself a fauxhawk (or as Jessica said - a JewHawk!) I think it’s pretty cute and suits him, actually - what do you think?

And not to be outdone, Dustin gave himself a good buzz too:

Now, as for Dick, since so many people are up in arms about what happened last night.

Short version:
Dick pissed at Jen for something we’ll see on CBS tonight, Dick calls her out, Dick gets crude, Jen pretends to be afraid and goes to read the rule book - again. Kail gets overemotional and freaks out, Jen seems unaffected but eggs Kail on by saying “what if he hits me in the FACE! my LIVELIHOOD would be GONE!” (don’t even get me started.) Kail flips her shit.

Jen then proceeds to FOLLOW Dick around, sitting with him, making smug little glances until he explodes again. (again, don’t even get me started) Dick gets crude in his insults (are we surprised?) Jen eggs him on “What else ya got?” Dick continues - and JEN pulls Daniele into the fight with a smug “at least I have morals” comment. Dick, predictably goes off again. Dick UNPREDICTABLY walks away.

Dani confronts Jen about the attitude Jen has given her since day one. Dick hears the yelling, and goes inside, as does Nick, to back up Dani. Dani tells them she can handle it.

Jen makes the morals comment again, Dick dumps iced tea on her head, JEN DOESN’T REACT other then to smile and tell him he’s 12. Nick goes off on her, thinking she meant Dani, and the whole thing breaks up and factions move to different parts of the house - Jen telling her version (VERY far from the truth) to Kail and them, so on and so forth.

Jen then puts herself right in Dick’s sights again, by sitting next to him, then across from him and staring at him until he says something again.

(Shush! That is TOO short - for me!)

Now, Hamster Dame has a VERY good take on the entire situation, and a good convo going on in her comments here. She said everything I would have, and likely much better then I would have. Do I condone Dick’s actions/words? No. Do I think he stepped over the line? Again, no. Do I think Jen is blameless? Absolutely not. Do I think this is a case of assault, or abuse? Again - NO. Those are words that are thrown around way to liberally, IMHO.
