Friday, August 8th, 2008

5:17 BB Time: Michelle, please come to the diary room.

Then Bubbles.

5:37 PM Trivia! It’s Nomination time, and you know what THAT means! Yup, it’s time to break out the pretty button for the first time this week! Not that it’s very much a surprise after last night - at least for one houseguest, but you know - after the cut!

Food/Luxury/Ex-Houseguest Comp!

Friday, August 8th, 2008

Well, I’m back! And we have had fish, then trivia and now bubbles, and all that means that the competition is still going on! Perfect timing, says I, though I’m sure we’re ready for it to finish. I did find some info on what the comp will entail, and will put that after the cut. I’ll also update this post with the aftermath when the feeds return!

Comp over!

Good Morning, hamster watchers!

Friday, August 8th, 2008

…and a very early morning it is. I wake to find that I missed one other conversation that happened last night when Renny visited Michelle before the hamsters settled down to sleep. I’ll go back and catch up on it all later. Scroll down for my coverage of all the rest of the aftermath last night, including Keesha, Dan and Libra’s visit to the HOH.

The houseguests are up, and expecting the food comp to start very soon. Not only that, but they just headed to HOH for a lockdown beforehand. Early comp usually means long comp, so likely I’ll get back just as the feeds come back on - I hope. Early morning for me, but I’ll be back with bells on by 12:30BB time, and trying desperately to catch up.

Jerry is still up on his high horse, telling April that Dan DARED to say goodnight to him last night, and he’s going to call him Judas because you don’t do what he did and get away with it. Tsk Tsk Tsk! That man is too old to be so crotchity… wait…..

Heh.

Until then - if anything slips through the feeds for the comp? Check out our blogging BFF - Carolyn over at BBDish! She’s bright eyed and bushy tailed and ready to cover the morning shift! See ya soon!

One last thing - Jessie on the Early Show - thanks to Spammy and the BBQ crew! Check out his face when he hears America voted him out… HAHAHHA!

*dashes* Off for real this time. Ha!

And I’m back - to find the feeds on Bubbles! Still waiting, but I’m here for the aftermath. Whoo! Game on, Houseguests!

The revolving door continues…

Friday, August 8th, 2008

Keesha just went up to talk to Michelle… I know, I said I was headed to bed - but this one seemed important. So here we go.

I’ll go ahead and put this stuff under the cut too, and will continue to cover as much as I can as it goes down tonight.

HOH Room Reveal!

Thursday, August 7th, 2008

They blocked the the first bits of it, but came back to hear Michelle reading the last bits of her letter. It’s early for the reveal -but if they’re having that ’special comp’ tomorrow, it’s not surprising, really.

After the cut for those that want to wait…

Aftermath!

Thursday, August 7th, 2008

Feeds are back and people are SCREAMING - but we have all feeds on Dan and Memphis quiet - and Libra just screamed “I swore on my childre BITCH! You call me BITCH! and it’s AWN like DONKEY KONG up in there. Holy hell!

Jerry is applauding, and saying glad your going home. Keesha says someone is being immature about it. And Libra’s upset someone called her a bitch. Renny was in it too - and Michelle is all kinds of attacking Libra. Libra’s all on how didn’t hide how she felt about Jessie “Word on THAT!”

Gonna put the rest behind the cut, because they’ll show all this on Sunday, most likely. But man oh man oh man…Oh man, this is GOLD, people. If you don’t mind spoilers, hit up the link!

Live show recappin!

Thursday, August 7th, 2008

-:40 Just setting up the post for tonight’s live show! Here’s hoping my east coast feed doesn’t go down again so that I can bring it to you as it happens throughout the show, and then go straight to the fireworks afterwards! Because either way the eviction goes, there WILL be fireworks!

Who do you want to go? (Like there’s a doubt…) Do you think those that watch the Network Shows only did the right thing and voted the way the majority of Live Feeders want? Less then an hour until we find out! WHOO! Stay tuned!

:00 Previously on Big Brother… it’s TIME kids! Hang on to your hats!

:02 Welcome to Big Brother - hello Julie! Looking splendid in Gold and brown. It’s day 31 in the BB house. April promised Jessie he’d be safe. But is he? We’ll find out.

But first - it’s all about Dan. As AP he’s been doing your bidding all week long. It ends when he casts our vote. LIttle do they know that the man they think has all the power, is quite powerless. Flash back to the Veto Meeting’s end.

Jessie says as long as April wants Memphis out, it should be a smooth right, sweet beans! April says she felt good, Jerry respected her wishes, she wants Memphis out, he’s a threat. Memphis says no alliance, time to start from square one again.

In the hippie room, Keesha and Libra talk and Keesha hopes that April will change her mind and let them vote out Jessie. libra calls him bipolar. She tells us that all he does is eat and sleep. She tells Keesha that he’s in a prime position, and they need to shake April and let her know two people in her alliance will be gone. Enter April. Libra and Keesha says Jessie irritates them, and they know he’s going to target them. April says they all have people coming over us. Keesha tells us she has tried to like April but can’t - it’s annoying when someone is fake to your face and you can see through it. Libra tells april to calm down because she gets upset everytime they talk to her. Libra tells us oh it works nice for YOU, don’t it? Two people in her alliance will go up if Jessie stays.

Backyard - Keesha tells Memphis that a lot of people tell April they’ll vote the way she wants. memphis sys people are promising away they’re game. Keesha tells us she wants Jessie gone, and keep Memphis. They need four votes. Memphis says Dan isn’t one of them, Keesha says she doesn’t know.

Keesha approaches Dan next, and he says he trusts her and thinks tat they’re on the same wavelength. Dan agrees, and Keesha says that if they can’t keep Memphis in, that their asses will be the first to go. Cut to the Hippy room. Libra and April talk, and Keesha says if anyone thinks she’ll do what they want… you only need four votes. Libra, Keesha, Renny - Libra isn’t sure abut Dan, her instinct says that Dan would go to Ollie and April. Keesha tells us that Dan was her only option. Michelle won’t vote againsthim. The only person she’s left with is Dan. Libra says she’d do it if they have the numbers - Keesha says April will be pissed, it’ll be world war three, be prepared.

Outside, Keesha approaches dan and memphis and asks them to come with her. They go to the hippie room. Libra tells Memphis that if she votes for him and he puts her up she’ll kill him. He hugs her and says he likes that. They talk to Dan - they need him. Dan says yeah, he’s in. They shake on it. They all swear, and after this its them - nothing can be said until they vote - happy dances all around.

Keesha is excited - I did it! Libra can’t wait to see Aprils face. April talks to jerry, and says that she was confronted by two team members to get Jessie out, but she still wants Memphis out. Jerry says there’s Ollie, Dan and Jerry, and Michelle. Jerry says he’ll talk to Dan and not let them sway him, Dan knows JErry saved him, and if the loyalty switches, Ollie, dan and jerry are April’s boys.

Jerry confronts Dan at the pool and says she wants Memphis out, and there’s a fear that the other girls will turn. Dan says this soon? Jerry says he has to stay loyal, because that’s where they’ll form the alliance. If they try to talk him into anything, don’t do it. Dan says ok. Jerry says they agreed to support the HOH, they need to get Memphis out of there. Dan says yup. Jerry says he’ll tell everyone they’re ok. Jerry goes to Jessie and says its done, Jessie is covered, bit time, it’s done.

Dan is in the hammock, alone in the back yard and talks to ‘himself’ - which means he talks to us. Who does America hate more, Jessie or Memphis? If we vote out JEssie we’ll be in trouble. Vote out Memphis he’s in a LOT of trouble. America, you better make the right decision, I gave you an 18 second hug, hook me up.

Coming up, Coach Dan’s football team cheers him on, and the live eviction. Stay with us!

:13 Commercial!

Happy Live Show Day!

Thursday, August 7th, 2008

HURRAY! It’s finally here! Will things go as the feeders desperately wish? Will the TV only viewers mess up the vote? Will the house guests bitch all day about the 3 hours of wake up calls? We’ll know as soon as the houseguests wake up!

Jerry just made a trip to the bathroom, then back to bed and Ollie turned on the spy screen, everyone else is sleeping.

No one can figure out why April was so upset after the segment. Maybe not enough attention paid to her by Craig Ferguson? Maybe they edited it, and there was something else said that we’re not supposed to see? In support of the latter, Michelle did say something about ’someone in her bed’ then we had fish, then someone said something else and Memphis thought the reply by BB voice was incredibly rude and kinda scary (Something like “what part of stop (or maybe slop) do you not understand!?), but he didn’t care because it wasn’t aimed at him. Somethings up for sure….

9:30am - Wake up houseguests! It’s the official hidden behind fish wakeup call. I expect the talk of this morning to be the other wakeup calls, and hopefully folks realize that they may be part of the HOH competition tonight and discuss them accordingly as Michelle and Jessie did before they decided to try and sleep. Things that make ya go hmmmmmmmmmm… I still want to know what the one was that they kept blocking!

I will be in and out today with swim lessons and the like, but will be here with bells on for the live show - assuming we don’t have feed problems as we did last week. Stay tuned!

HAHAHHA! Skippy is amused this morning. In the storage room, Ollie changes his batteries - camera boy Skippy zooms in on two melons, in and out in and out then flips to Ollie again. Sometimes I love Skippy.

HOH lockdown - and talk of Alaska.
Keesha: How far is Alaska from here to fly? Anyone know?

–I know, I know! *grin* and yes, we have summer. And no, not ALL of Alaska has 24 hours of daylight/24 hours of darkness. We get about 2-3 hours of twilight here at the peak of summer, and 4 hours of daylight at the peak of winter, as I’m in South Central. We do, however, get Moose in the front yard.

And now? Swimming!

Incoming Message from the outside world…

WAKEUP MESSAGES!

They just started! OMG! Hysterical! The first one scared the HELL out of them!

Screaming then “Pay attention, you’re playing the HOH tomorrow!” - Robotic countdown voice, 1944 hours and you could be $500k richer, keep your eye on the prize - wake up houseguets there are squirrels in the house, wake up or they are gonna drive you nuts

Keesha: Who’s doing this?
Libra: they got America to call in… we got the 15 minutes thing OMG. I’m gonna get cotton balls.

Jessie: That was freaky.

Libra: That was 1:09. We’ll see. We’re so screwed.

Renny’s gone back to bed - or didn’t get up, not sure. Everyone is milling around, waiting, listening, talking about it. Libra explains what happened last time, and that it was before a POV competition. Jessie puts a boire strip on his nose. Alrighty.

I LOVE that they let us hear them! FUNNY!

Michelle: The first one isn’t the scariest one, ever. It’s gonna get worse!
Keesha: I’m like shaking!

Michelle continues explaining to Jerry how they get it to them.

10 minutes after the first one, we get another, two, three! “Keesha, April Michelle an’ Libra, Jessie WAKE UP!” hahaha! Jerry just put tissues in his ears.

Keesha: I’m scared. I don’t like it.

Ollie and April are back in bed, watching the rest of the houseguests on the spy screen. April “That’s why they won’t win the HOH competition. They’re not even laying back down.” (that sound, my eyes rolling.)

Lazy Wednesdays…

Wednesday, August 6th, 2008

Without the hustle and bustle before a live show, the house is decidedly quiet and lazy and there’s a relative lack of scheming going on today. Most notable is Dan, and the fact that we haven’t gotten a single clue on if he’s been told what America has decided for his vote, and if he has, which way it went (PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be a Jessie eviction!). He’s been busy though, at least this morning, as he and Jerry got together to make a shirt special for today. According to Dan, it’s his and Monica’s 20 month anniversary, and he wanted to send a quiet shout out all day by making a shirt… check it out:

So - Happy Anniversary, Monica!

Or… is it…

There is also speculation that this 20 also means $20k, meaning he’ll be able to complete his tasks without a problem to his game, thus meaning we voted for him to evict Jessie. Farfetched? Sure. Fun to think about? Absolutely! What do YOU think? (And Monica, if you visit - let us know!)

In other news, Libra made niceynice to April this morning, explaining that her feelings were hurt (DRINK!) yesterday at the meeting, and how she doesn’t like the fact that she’s been singled out and doubted, and that Ollie seems to think this HOH is his HOH, etc. Then she ran quicklike back to Keesha to tell her the whole conversation and cap it off with a “It’s MY vote, screw her!”

Keesha and Renny know they’ll have to watch Libra next week, because she could easily be swung back to April’s back pocket. Keesha and Memphis agree that April should be the next to go, and are amused at the thought of Ollie flailing without her. During a quiet moment in the kitchen and chess game, Jessie chose to remind Dan that it was Jessie he choose to bond with when he was missing Monica, he didn’t go to Libra or Keesha, and Dan made noncommital type noises in return.

I am ever hopeful!

We had HOH pictures - but Skippy decided to hide it all from us - and HOH blogging, and outdoor lockdowns. I (and some of the houseguests) expect they’ll be doing Craig Ferguson again tonight. Be sure to come back and check out the aftermath of that! There’s always someone upset afterwards!

4pm BB Time - there it is. “Houseguests, please gather in the living room.” Brief fishes, and then the scurry to get ready. Houseguests will be on Craig Ferguson tonight, once again! They’re laughing about getting ready for one minute of showtime, but that family appreciates it.

Catching up…

Wednesday, August 6th, 2008

…so! While I was watching the show, bemoaning the fact the feed went down, going to a meeting, then coming home to watch the show in my own time zone, there were meetings going on up in the BB house!

There was a quick pre-meeting of Keesha, Dan, Libra and Renny about how they needed to save face in front of April and lie if need too. Then April called the 7 upstairs to ’see where their heads are at’ and give her opinion that they need to do what she wants as HOH, and vote out Memphis, despite what they want for themselves, getting Jessie out. April isn’t sure she trusts their word, and told Jerry that she will declare war on the house if Jessie goes.

Jerry has mentioned that he doesn’t quite trust Dan, about 18gazillion times, and Mr. “Stand up for the little guy, always tell the truth, done nothing wrong” Jessie told Michelle that if he gets evicted, he’s going to shake Dan’s hand and crush it, make him scream like a 12 year old girl. Great sportsmanship there, meathead!

But first! Dan is talking to us from the Hammock! There’s still a couple hours before the poll closes, so let’s listen to what he has to say, ok? Here you go:

Dan asks that we vote Jessie out - says if Jessie’s the vote, he’s in trouble, but if Memphis is, he’s in more trouble. It’s best for him to get out Jessie. It would be fine if the 7 had stayed together, but they haven’t - he wonders if America has ever been a swing vote before. He promises Steven he’ll get Libra out. He asks us to vote wisely, and if we’re on the fence, to vote for Jessie’s eviction to help him - he gave us an 18 second hug, he’s grateful for us hooking him and his bank account up, so let’s help him out hm?

So vote Jessie, guys! There’s one hour left! Voting Closed.

Tuesday night recappin!

Tuesday, August 5th, 2008

-:30 Thirty minutes to go! I’ll recap here until I need to dash away for operation Kitten Pick Up and Delivery, then I’ll finish whatever I missed later on tonight. Showtime in 30 minutes - so while you’re waiting, why not head over and check out the shiny new screencap gallery!

:00 Previously on Big Brother… it’s recapping time, bbcrazies! Tonight it’s a birthday Keesha will never forget…

:02 We start back at the end of the nomination ceremony, as usual for a Tuesday night. April tells Jessie and Memphis they were nominated, jessie because he was strong and people are intimidated, and Memphis because he won the car. Memphis tells us it sucks that he’s nominated with jessie, they’re getting picked off one by one. Jessie says it’s an honor to be nominated 3 outa 4 weeks, he’s not the target, but we’ll see how that goes. Michelle says if you know anything about big brother, the pawn goes home. April says her target is Memphis, she doesn’t care if they want Jessie out because he’s targeting them, she promised to keep him safe. She asks Jessie to trust her, and he says he does. He and Ollie reaffirm their trust, and that they all have the same understanding that Jessie will stay.

AP music! It’s time for Dan to get his AP task! Whoo! He loves this. WHich houseguest should he hug for at least 10 seconds. He opens it and it’s Jessie and he says AW NO! What are you THINKIN? If you want Dan and jessie to hug, you’ll get it for an awkward 10 seconds. His plan is to approach him with a sob story about Monica, he’s huge and tough, butinside he’s a softy…

Dan asks to talk to him about some personal stuff, and Dan turns on the waterworks. The music is cracking me up. He wonders if Monica will be there when he gets out, and if he’s not, what is the point, and Jessi gives him a hug, and then starts his look at him in the eyes, stay strong, there’s not one person that wants him to lose his girl. Dan tells us Jessie was moved, and a part of him feels bad - here comes the hug! Jessie is still promiseing him and he gets the 10 seconds, Dan smiles at the camera, and the hug breaks up at 17 seconds. hahah! He thanks Jessie, and asks for him to close the door when he leaves.

Cue Dan laughing as he looks up at the camera and us. Task completed!

:07 Time to pick players for the Veto competition! April picks Michelle, Jessie tells us that made him feel confident, 2 for team jessie. Jessie picks Libra, Memphis picks Jerry. April chooses Renny to host the competition. Good luck houseguests!

April says she feels the competition lays soley in her hands, she’s not sure what Libra and Jerry can do and Libra always has an excuse for the competitions she’s lost.

April tells Keesha and Dan and Ollie that the two people she didn’t want chosen were chosen, and she’s stressed. Libra and Renny join, and Libra says maybe it’s something Jerry is fantastic at - April says it sucks really bad, it’s not a nose picking comp. Libra says that she’s playing too, and not to count her out, and she feels like she’s not there and will try her hardest and starts getting upset. Dan tries to smooth it over, and she’s not buying it. She leaves and tells us that her feelings were hurt, that she was nothing, nobody to her own team. Keesha and Dan leave too, leaving April and Ollie together and Apirl goes off about LIbra having excuses for everything and is a bitch.

Downstairs, Libra tells Keesha that she was upset, and Jessie tells us he was woken by a screaming Libra from his 3rd or 4th nap of the day, and Keesha is going off about no one can tell her who to talk too, and she’s pissed, and Libra’s feelings are hurt. Jessie smiles, then runs upstairs to tell ollie and April what’s going on, that she’s yelling, and April is like what did I do to her? Jessie says tells them more of what’s happening, and April is getting more and more upset at the minute, and Jessie leaves - and laughs in the DR about it. “One of his naps finally payed off!”

Ollie says peoples true colors are coming out, April says she’s going to confront her, and it’s going to get ugly. Ollie won’t stop her.

:12 Commercial!

Happy Tuesday, Big Brother Fans!

Tuesday, August 5th, 2008

Today’s been a pretty quiet and lazy day with the houseguests, though Father Dan is about to start swim club, once again, which is always a fun time.

What’s the first rule of Swim Club?

There’s been very little game talk, though Jerry and Jessie seem pretty positive they’ve got Dan under their thumb, so much so that if he wins HOH, they figure he has to put up who they want. Little do they know, AMERICA has Dan under our thumb, at least for THIS week. MUHAHAHAHAH.

April was talking to Dan earlier about different twists, including the America’s Player twist. He played it perfectly with a “They’ve never redone the same twist twice, I highly doubt they’d start now.” Well played, Father Dan, well played!

I’ll be here for the recap tonight - though I may have to cut out early and fill in some stuff later when I watch it after a meeting. I have to pick up a new kitten for my sorta-daughter (son’s best friend’s girlfriend - one of the many teenagers that hang around), and I got the time zones wrong (again) and gave her the wrong time. Whoops!

But, have no fear - the recap will be completed asap, and I’ll type until I get the phone call to walk out the door.

Wake up the houseguests!

Monday, August 4th, 2008

That’s right - it’s time for another revamped yet OH SO VERY FUN twist for the big brother house! You can record a wakeup call, and possibly have it used to wake up the houseguests! Check it out!

Submit Your Wakeup Call!

When they did this in Allstars it was one of my FAVORITE things EVER. After a night of being woken up every 15 minutes, they had to compete in a POV competition that was grueling, and hysterical to watch! Not sure what they have planned for the calls this time, but who knows - YOURS could be chosen! If so, be sure an let us know, huh?

In the house, things are pretty boring. We had the promise of a political debate earlier, but Libra wouldn’t take the bait and walked away. Though she did mutter under her breath about dumbass people. Heh. No explosions or anything today, just a lot of smug people awaiting Thursday…

It is what it is, right?

~~~~
1:15am BB Time - Dan and Memphis don hats and bandanas, and burst in on the hippie room to attack Renny, Libra and Keesha with pillows…. which was so endearingly cute and boyish as they screamed and laughed and the girls squealed and giggled, that I can’t help but love D/M a little bit more. I better be careful - because the ones I adore always get booted! Tsk!
Now Renny is wound up and entertaining us all. Srsly - if you don’t have the feeds? GET THEM.
And hey - check out our new Screen Cap Gallery, huh? It’s all shiny and new… with gazillions of random caps broken down by day. How cool is that?
