Big Brother 8

So…

Monday, June 9th, 2008

BB10_1.jpg…remember that promo open call Saturday? I received an email from a reader who attended the open call - and I guess Evel Dick is losing his appeal… as of the time Fran showed up - she was the only one there! Here’s what she had to say about her experience:

~~~
Hi Lessa! Ok, well i went. this is what happened: I arrive around 1:30pm. there’s no one there but staff and a lighting and camera crew. No Evel Dick, no crowd. I’m literally the only fan there - lol.
So, basically I just show up to see if I can meet Dick. Figure it’ll be a zoo and probably just get a look at him. Didn’t really expect to be interviewed. They whisk me right back to the taping area and sit me on the directors chair in front of the lights and camera, and I’m pretty surprised and just thinking- now what…
So one person sits me down, another is powdering my face and fixing my flyaways, then a third starts interviewing me all about why i watch the show, who do i like best, favorite moments, who I disliked, what advice would I give to upcoming houseguests, etc. etc. They were so excited to have someone to interview, they were acting like I was the Queen of Sheba or something.
It was all very surreal. There was all this extra security on duty as a big crowd was expected, so everyone was just as baffled as I. It took about 15 minutes and then I left. …no one was waiting to go next.
Well, thanks for the info! We’ll see if I show up in a promo - I’m the brunette in her forties wearing the white, cap-sleeved, scoopneck blouse!
So, whatcha think!? Also, pls. let me know if you notice they start airing?
~~~

Well! At least you were treated like the royalty you are, Fran! I’ll keep an eye out for the promos to start airing, and let you know as soon as I see one! Sounds like you’ve a great shot of being the main gal, hm? Sucks that Evel Dick was a no-show, or had left already by the time you arrived. I totally would have gone with ya, if I could have!

Anyone else give that open call a try?

Still counting down…

DLSlogocap_1.jpg…and it looks like those posting CBS clips to YouTube have caught the fever too! Along with the Dirty Little Secret promos, there’re two new clips that poke fun at the houseguests of Big Brother 8. While the first one is mildly amusing, the second one is laugh out loud funny!

Julie Chen, our beloved Chenbot, will be on Craig Ferguson on February 11th, the night before the premiere! Of course, by that time, we will already know (hopefully!) the Houseguests names and other particulars and such. She should be able to talk more freely then she did on Letterman though!

Chenbot is also already in California, preparing for the premier. Her note from CBS Early Show said she had left, and was hoping to get the Powers That Be to allow her to announce the Twist on The Early Show. Which, of course, all but confirms there WILL be a twist, despite her saying on Letterman she knew nothing. She’s pretty smart though, her programming likely allowed her to deduce that since there’s been a twist every year since Season 4.

Entertainment Tonight was supposed to have a preview of the House yesterday, but it was apparently postponed without even a blip of a mention. Likely that will happen on the 4th, as that’s when we’re expecting the Houseguests have been sequestered and are about to move in. At least, that’s what we’re HOPING, of course.

Though Entertainment Tonight raised our hopes without seeing through, LA Ink was true to their word and we got to see Dr. Will in action on January 29th! One of the girls, Pixie, has decided to get a tattoo that doesn’t really have a story or mean anything to her removed so that she can replace if with something personal of meaning.

BB8 Top Ten!

Friday, December 28th, 2007

bb8logo.thumbnail.jpgIn light of the end of the year, and the excitement of a new season looming on the horizon, I thought I’d join some of the other 451ers who are putting together top ten lists.

In putting together my favorite Survivor moments, and planning to do this one too, I discovered that it might be very difficult for me to break it down and limit it to JUST 10 - there were SO MANY moments that made me crack up over the Big Brother 8 season! So then I thought maybe I’d just go through the old posts, and see what appealed to me. I found the previous author’s “Open Letter to the BB8 Houseguests” post - and lo, an idea was born. Let’s see how well the BB8 Houseguests followed her advice, shall we?!

1. While you’re in the house, the following things will be true:
The feeds are on. You are being watched by thousands of fans. Don’t ask if the feeds are running, or if the “internet” is on. They are, and it is.

Apparently, the BB8 Houseguests missed this memo completely. I lost count of how many times people asked if the feeds were on… and then there was Amber.

2. If you pick your nose, squeeze your zits in the bathroom mirror, pick at your face, or do anything else that may be construed as “gross” on a regular basis, feed watchers will pick up on it and make fun of you for it.

Dustin, the public nose picker. Dick, the fart and spit machine. Daniele, the zit picker. Amber the belly rubber “I can only do this in front of you, Jameka, since we’re so close…” Yeah, her and millions of fans…. A wealth of bad habits were seen, and made fun off!

3. Don’t think that you can do stuff behind the scenes and then blame the editing later. The live feeds are, indeed, live.

One word: Amber.

4. Having a sense of humor is good.

Kail, Kail, Kail. I think she would have gone a LOT farther if she had just loosened up a little. Even Jameka had fun with the Donatos - and she was just as much a Bible thumper as Kail! Relax and loosen up a little, and remember to SMILE… this is a GAME…

5. Constant complaining and lounging around doing nothing is not good.

“I haaaaaaaaate thiiiiiiiiisssssssss. I wanna go hooooooooooome. I haaaate these peeeeeeople…. Its so FRUUUUUUUSTRAAAAAAAAAATINGGGGG!” Oh, Daniele. Good thing Daddy played the hard parts of the game for you, huh?

6. We want to be entertained. Be interesting and you’ll have fans when you leave the house.

THANK YOU DICK, for remembering this! Love him or hate him, his late night conversations with the camera made the cost of the feeds worth it. He let us in on what he was thinking, he never held back, and we had something to watch in the wee hours of the morning because of it. At least SOMEONE listened to Carrie’s advice!

7. If someone wins the America’s Choice votes, you can assume that they’re popular.

Poor Eric. He got the advantage of knowing who was popular through the votes, and it certainly baffled him at times! He also knew when folks were upset with him, or simply determined to drag him down. Poor guy - he had the hardest game to play, to date. I do hope they let him back again to play his OWN game on his OWN terms for the next Allstars.

And don’t even get me started on Amber and how everyone loved her… I wish we HAD done an America’s choice, just so she learned differently before coming out of the house…

– And did any of them follow the preparation guidelines as set forth by Carrie?

8. Also, to help you prepare for the summer, start doing the following immediately:
Get your hands on as many episodes of prior seasons as you can and watch them. Watch them again. Learn from them. Read as many live feed reports online as you can find. Pay special attention to Season 6, and make note of the actions of the “Friendship.” You want to avoid all of these actions.

For a season full of fans, there were some REALLY stupid moves made. I think for the most part they watched, but they forgot the very important last line - LEARN. Whoops!

Everyone HATED the ‘Friendship’ alliance… yet the LNC had moments of Friendship-ness, and who could forget the banner declaring them the Nerd Herd… They clearly missed the AVOIDANCE again…

9. Learn how to cook. Memorize recipes that you can make with plain oatmeal and as few other ingredients as possible. Likewise, learn how to operate a grill without setting anyone or anything near you aflame.

The tears. The Skelatore. The whining. The… gaining weight on slop? It’s just uber-plain oatmeal, guys! SUCK IT UP!

10. Practice your endurance. Put yourself in odd positions, hanging from poles or monkey bars or anything you can find, and stay there as long as you can. Have your friends pour ice water on you, or try to tempt you with things like pizza or money. Don’t give in.

You KNOW there’s gonna be endurance comps. Involving water, and temptations. How bad do you REALLY want it? PREPARE!

And, a bonus #11:

One other piece of advice: don’t sing. When you sing, we get flames or the fish tank or whatever evil object the powers that be have chosen for this season on the feeds. We don’t enjoy that.

It took me all of 10 minutes, in this, my first year of the feeds, to be annoyed with the constant “Houseguests, Please Stop Singing!” announcements. If you can’t live without singing? DON’T go into the house! Unless, of course, you’re Jessica and you are making up the Boo-yah Boo-yah song. That was too cute for words!

So there you have it. Different Houseguests - Same Mistakes. Dare we hope for better with BB9? Are we in for more of the same? What would YOU tell the houseguests if you had the chance?

A tale of man and his meatlog…

Sunday, November 25th, 2007

MikeLR_1.jpgOh stop - you know what I mean! Mike, the quiet man who ate much meat while in the house - was nice enough to sit down and answer some questions for all of us here at Big Brother Craze! It struck me, as I emailed back and forth, that he simply is what he seemed to be - a really nice guy, with integrity and confidence. Read on - I’m sure you’ll agree!

1. How did you come to be chosen for Big Brother 8? Were you a recruit, or apply as a fan of the show - what can you tell us of the process that got you there?
I simply saw an ad on the internet for a reality show, applied for it, and next thing I knew was being called in for an interview. I found out it was for BB, and having watched the past 2 seasons of it, was interested in advancing through to being on the show.

2. What kind of strategy did you enter the house with, and would you do differently if you had the chance?
I went into the house trying to get to know everyone as best I could, and asking them lots of questions. I would pay particularly close attention and compare questions that they would more likely tell the truth on vs. ones where they were more likely to lie about. At the same time I would also study their body language. This could be used later on during the show when asking questions to determine if they were lying or not so I knew where to place my trust. I wouldn’t have done anything differently if given the chance.

3. What were you thoughts when the enemies twist was revealed? How scared were you that one of YOUR enemies would be walking down those stairs? Relieved when they weren’t? Did the knowledge of the enemies/people who knew each other change your strategy at all?
I wasn’t scared in the least bit that I would have an enemy coming down those stairs. I just don’t have people out there that I hate or hate me. The enemies twist immediately made my strategy turn to eliminating one member from each group of three enemies for fear that they would all have a common bond in the house (regardless if enemies or not at that point) and join forces against the rest.

mikeEvicted_1.jpg4. After leaving the house, how much of the show did you watch? Did you watch BBAD or the feeds?
I only watch about a half dozen shows. I did watch some BBAD but no live feeds. My schedule was and still is quite busy, which didn’t allow me much time to dive into the shows.

5. One thing almost all houseguests have in common, is that they think they aren’t portrayed correctly on the network shows. How do you feel CBS portrayed you?
Poorly. Many interactions whether it be conversations, ideas, strategies, revelations, activities including dates with the girls simply wasnt aired. Unless someone is in a power postition or their decision is going to have a drastic impact in the house it wasnt aired. So I looked like a mystery man to most when in fact I wasnt in the least bit.

6. Do you think they portrayed the other houseguests fairly?
I think everyone at some point during the game was portrayed differently. Some not as severe as others.

7. Could you describe each houseguest for us as one who knows them better then we could?
Carol - sweet
Joe - loud
Nick - athletic
Kail - hearty
Dustin - aloof
Jen - optimistic
Amber - emotional
Jessica - lofty
Eric - sly
Jameka - genuine
Zach - smart
Daniele - pompous
Dick - unreserved

MikeCSB.jpg

8. You had the unique perspective of seeing the America’s Player twist played out from outside of the house since your early eviction. What do you think of the twist, and how Eric shouldered the load of AP?
I didn’t think the twist was a huge wow factor by any means. But, I do think Eric did a good job of manipulating others during the game. There were some tasks that seemed very unchallenging though and almost handed to him.

Happy Thanksgiving! - Youtube Added!

Wednesday, November 21st, 2007

jessicasanta_1.jpgBe sure to check out the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in the morning, too! Eric, Jessica and Dustin will be there, and around 9:20 am (EST) they’ll be interviewed by the one, the only, Neil Patrick Harris! (If you live under a rock - NPH was Doogie Howser, and currently starts on How I Met Your Mother.)

Erick, Jessica and Dustin will be sitting in the VIP section to enjoy the parade. I’ll be on the lookout for clips of their interview (so someone, capture and upload, huh?) and will share it if I find it.

Don’t miss it! And from Big Brother Craze - have a wonderful holiday! Be safe out there!

Edited to add:
For those of you popping by and searching for the youtube of the event - here ya go!

Sweet Chicken! An Interview with Eric!

Saturday, November 10th, 2007

EricMustardNotMe_1.jpgHere it is, at long last! We all know how busy our America’s Player has been since leaving the house, with all the interviews and making appearances with Jessica all over the place, winning giant martini glasses, and such - so it’s no surprise that he took a little longer then planned to get back to me. However - as we saw all summer long, Eric is a man of his word, and as such as answered all my questions in depth and personally.

No wonder we love him! So here you go, the Summer of BB8, in Eric’s own words (as led - er, questioned - by me, of course!) Enjoy!

EricInterview_01.jpg

BBC: As a ridiculously knowledgeable Big Brother Fan, what was your original strategy before finding out about the America’s Player twist?

Eric: Actually, I was still able to execute many of the basic strategy points that I planned to implement.

A) Wait as long as possible to make an alliance
B) Use the first 2 weeks to protect myself with the HoH while working hard/playing hard/being non-threatening
C) Forging relationships with as many other houseguests as humanly possible (allowing me options later on, as the game is ever-shifting)
D) Come across as a jokester & not a physical threat, so that people wouldn’t see me coming when I made my moves later in the game
E) Always be a part of the majority (as well as the majority within that majority). I consider it a sliding scale of alliances. Be a part of the group in control of the house (ie the LNC’s original 7), but within that group have the majority of 4-5 people, and within that 4-5 have a three, and within that 3 have a two (for example within the original 7 there was the 5 of us that were closer, then me/jess/jameka, then me/jess…obviously this shifted midway through the game)
F) Don’t be afraid to make a big move that shakes up the game

BBC: How did they present the option to you - did you think even for a second of turning AP down? Was Samantha, who we saw in previews but never entered the house, your replacement if you had said no? (SOMEONE has to know who this girl was! I’m betting on you…)

Eric: First of all, absolutely no clue who Samantha is/was, haha. (BBC: DANG IT! Who WAS this girl?!) I found out about the twist roughly 3 days before the show began. I did indeed go through the complete casting process just like everyone else…trust me, this was a bigger shock to me than anyone! The executive producers brought a packet of info to my hotel room and asked me to look it over. I never considered turning it down for a second…I was thrilled and honored to be selected for the show and was ready to fill whatever role they had in mind for me.

BBC: How much of the show have you been able to catch up on? Network, Feeds (via YouTube or refeeds), BBAD, the gazillion of Tribute videos for both you and Jessica?

Eric: I’ve made it through about 2/3 of the episodes so far. Honestly, once you’ve lived it - it’s a tad anticlimatic to watch. Naturally I’ve always loved the show, so that’s not the problem. It’s just that watching 3 hours a week can never compare to living all of the drama 24-7. Jessica & I both love the tributes. They really are a ton of fun to watch - it’s a great reminder of how much fun and happiness we truly shared in the house. It’s our own version of a scrapbook of memories!

BBC: Many houseguests of all seasons think they aren’t shown as they really are on the network shows - how do you feel CBS portrayed you? The other houseguests?

Eric: I think the portrayal was accurate, but not nearly as dimensional as it could have been. For me, so much of what was shown was related to AP that I don’t think people got to see some of the other sides of me on CBS (sense of humor, passion for the show, knowledge/strategic value).

Everybody’s talking about it…

Monday, November 5th, 2007

bbukeye.thumbnail.jpgAnd no, this time I’m not talking ‘bout sex (baby, let’s talk about you AND me… er. Uh. Sc’use me.) but rather about the Hollywood Writer’s strike that’s due to start tomorrowish. What’s that got to do with Big Brother? Well! Two little sentences in a recent article by Variety TV, posted on November 2nd, has people in an uproar.

The article talks about the fall launch of Network TV and how it’s not really been the high note that the big networks expected it to be, and many of the head honcho’s are worried about what the strike will mean to Network TV.

“It’s been an abysmal season,” says one entertainment president. “What ultimately worries me about a strike is, are we hastening the narrowing of network TV? If we have to put up a sign that says ‘gone fishing,’ luring viewers back is going to be even more difficult.”

Sunday night, CBS showed that they’d already gone to their best bench players, and started Amazing Race – the Emmy winning race around the world. While it’s not been a complete disaster, the season may have been disappointing enough to have some execs looking for a ‘mid-season do-over’.

For CBS, our favorite network here at Big Brother Craze for obvious reasons, They’ve had some solid hits, and a few ok’s, and they’re pretty content with the numbers so far, but they do have midseason plans. There’s 48 hours mystery shows plus game shows and such waiting in the wings. In January they’ll have to fill various time slots, Kid Nation, and for a few weeks, Survivor while we’re between seasons. The contingency plan is what the Big Brother Fans in a buzz – two little lines:

Then there’s “Big Brother.” Summer staple could easily return as soon as March — maybe even with a long-rumored celebrity edition.

While the thought of a celebrity edition makes me want to throw up a little – depending on the definition of ‘celebrity’ and all – the thought of an additional run of Big Brother as soon as March? THIS makes me GIDDY and all kinds of tingly and happy!

Now it does continue to say that launching a new comedy night might be easier – but we can always hope, right?!

Happy Halloween, Big Brother Crazies!

Wednesday, October 31st, 2007

So, that surprise. Yeah, I’m still waiting - times two, and soon to be times three! It’s like people have discovered lives outside of the Big Brother House… odd that. (grins)

However, while we’re waiting - everyone who stops by knows that I am a huge Jessica and Eric fan, and like everyone else, I’d be thrilled to see more of them in any way possible. Some of their fans have launched a campaign that aims to get Jeric on the next season of The Amazing Race and have asked for me to let you know where to get more information!

Here’s the announcement Alexis sent my way:

Would you like to see Big Brother 8’s Jessica and Eric compete on The Amazing Race? Join the fan campaign to get them cast on the show! Fans are flooding CBS with letters and woobies to show our support for Team Jeric. To get involved, please visit the fan campaign website at http://loripadillaphotography.typepad.com/teamjeric/ for information, updates, funny promo videos, and exclusive pictures of Team Jeric with Woobie in New York and Kansas.

Also, here is the campaign video to inspire you.

If you support getting Jessica and Eric cast on The Amazing Race, please help us spread the word! This campaign is being conducted entirely by fans like you, and we need everyone’s help to make it a success.

Thanks,

Alexis and Jim

The Big Brother House!

CATrip003_BigBrotherHouseish_1_1.jpg So, while I was sitting here in my friend E’s house, she says “Hey! Did you know the studio house that houses the Big Brother House is right down the street?” And I went …um. NO!… and she was all “wanna go see? It’s just a building, but well, you can see it…” and I said um… YES! Would I be a total fan girl if I bypassed this opportunity? Exactly my point.

And naturally, she stopped in the no parking tow away zone so I could get as close as possible to click a picture JUST so that I could share it with you. She’s most awesome, E!

Gotta love Hollywood! (grin)

(yes! I’m still waiting on that surprise! ASAP I swear!)

The Fox Reality TV Awards!

Sunday, October 14th, 2007

ReallyWinners.jpg

The Reality TV Awards show was every bit the train wreck it promised to be, as it tried very hard to be a REALLY REAL BIG AWARDS SHOW, with scripted jokes, and musical interludes, and mismatched pairs presenting. It was also loud, unorganized, filled with amusing award categories, and filled with Reality TV z-listed stars.

In other words - it was awesome.

Here’s a list of who presented what and who won for the entire 2 hour extravaganza, plus my comments, of course!

First up! Evel Dick from Big Brother 8 & Bridget Marquardt from The Girls Next Door present the award for Favorite Showmance. It was a tie between Eric and Jessica, and Dr. Will Kirby and Mike Boogie. For Dr. 90210. For the episode where Dr. Will removed a wart from Mike’s lil boogie. How that equates to a showmance, I’ll never know…

I was eternally amused that Evel Dick had to present that award, giving it to team Jeric, who he didn’t think had a relationship at all, over his own daughter and Nick. Nick made some snide comment about theirs not being a showmance so it was ok for them not to win. Course, Jessica and Eric fans know they aren’t showmancing either, so whatever. Jessica’s delight over the giant martini glass was too cute for words!

Just how much DOES Janice Dikckenson imbibe? She looked three sheets to the wind as she and Sanjaya presented the Favorite Fight award. The Charm School girls beat out Evel Dick and Jen for this one.

Like there was ANY doubt who would win the award presented by Scott Baio and Jason Hervey - Amber beat out Jen, and even that 12 year old crier who adores Sanjaya and walked away with the Favorite Tears award. Amazingly, she didn’t cry while giving her short acceptance speech.

Chill Town’s Mike and Dr. Will gave out the Favorite Winner award, and not to Evel Dick, but to Rock from Hell’s Kitchen.

Favorite Non-Competition Program went to Scott Baio is 45 and Single. The teenagers watching with me were all “who the heck is Scott Baio??” and I died a little inside. Poor youth of today - they don’t know that Charles was once in Charge! SIGH. Course, I’ve never seen the show. Charles isn’t in charge of my TV watching anymore.

Favorite Altered State went to Frank from the Real World Reunited. The Real World is still on? Remember when that was THE show to watch? What is it, season 33910293743 now? What can they possibly do next to make it fresh? The Real World: On the Moon? Anyway, moving on…

Another unsurprising victory for the Big Brother gang - Mary Murphy and Benji Schwimmer presented Evel Dick with the Favorite Villain award, where he mentioned for the 8000th time that it clearly pays to be an asshole. He did give props to the rest of the houseguests though - for giving him so much material to work with. Haha!

Jen got beat out for Favorite Hottie by Bridget from The Girls Next Door. That had to smart! I’ll bet it’s because her picture was so horrible! And she lost best tears too! Awwww…. of course, I think Bob Harper from The Biggest Loser should have won it, hands down!

Another surprise was that Evel Dick did NOT get Favorite Potty Mouth! I thought sure this one had his name written all over it. Instead, Adrianne Curry from My Fair Brady got it. Yet another show I’ve not seen. Maybe I don’t have the obsession for childhood stars like other folks? Or simply not enough MTV or VH1 in my life? I don’t know. Whoever she is for whatever show, she rocked the cursing in her acceptance speech too.

Jen joined Ant to present the Baddest Bitch award, and kudos to the writers for getting Jen to go against her non-cussing ways and repeatedly say “Bitch” as they gave the award to Pumkin from Charm School. (…Pumkin? Really? Is that her real name, or a chosen one? She likes to be called Pumkin? Oy.)

Our own favorite Loser, Marcellas Reynolds joined Heather from the Rock of Love, to give out the Favorite Loser award to - of course - Sanjaya. It totally should have gone to Yau Man for Survivor. He got robbed! Again!

Mary Murphy won Favorite Judge/Host for So you think you can Dance, before Eric and Brigitte gave out the Favorite Reality Show award. To American Idol. Come on, seriously? Screeching singers beat out Survivor AND Big Brother? Oh America. How I ponder your level of taste… in other news, Eric looked positively terrified up on stage with Brigitte Nielson, and who could blame him - she’s one scary looking female! And she was bantering about award-mance? RUN ERIC RUN!

Perez Hilton joined Daniele Donato on stage to present the Favorite Moment of Prayer to Jameka, who won over Amber, and the chick from Charm School praying in advance for forgiveness for a beat down about to happen. Well deserved, of course!

So You Think You Can Dance won Favorite Competition Program, beating out Big Brother and Survivor again. Harumph.

Then came the incident we’ve all heard about and seen via youtube since they filmed the award show last week. Jonny Fairplay, last year’s winner of Reality Performer of the Year, was to present the final award, and instead got into a scuffle with Bonaduce. Now, while Jonny can be an asshole, he’s never been anything other then polite and nice to me when we’ve talked, and I get him and his attitude. Danny Bonaduce is just a bitter asshole has been child star that no one cares about anymore.

After Jonny left the stage, Alexis Arquette stood in and presented the award to Evel Dick, the unsurprising winner of Reality Performer of the Year.

And there you have it! The D-list version of an awards show was everything I hoped it would be; a glorious train wreck! What did you think of it? Or of the infamous Jonny Bashing? Pop into the comments below and give us your opinion!

“Missing the touch of Carol”?

Tuesday, October 2nd, 2007

Me too! That’s why I was so glad she consented to do an interview with us here at Big Brother Craze! Enjoy! (FYI - the title is a reference to one of the Quarter’s rules by the houseguests. Live Feed watchers know what I mean!)

~~~
Thanks for taking the time to talk with us here at Big Brother Craze, Carol! While it sucks to be the first voted out, I think you have some valuable insight on the other houseguests that we might not have thought of! So let’s get to it!
9_27_Carolcollage.jpg
BBC: As a recruit to be on the show as part of the Enemies Twist, what went through your mind when you were contacted to be on the show? Did you have any idea what you were getting yourself into?
Carol: I had no idea what I was getting myself into, I initially thought it would be a lot of fun and that it was an opportunity that I could not pass up
BBC: What kind of strategy did you enter the house with, and would you do differently if you had the chance?
Carol: I had no strategy when I entered the house and yes I would do things completely different now.
BBC: How surprised were you to see Jessica walk down those stairs? How did you feel you’re rivalry compared to the others of the house?
Carol: I was shocked that she was there, at the time I thought our rivalry was a big joke in comparison to the others
BBC: After leaving the house the first week, how much of the show did you watch? Did you watch BBAD or the feeds?
Carol: I think I might have missed 1 or 2 episodes and I never watched the bbad
BBC: One thing almost all houseguests have in common, is that they think they aren’t portrayed correctly on the network shows. How do you feel CBS portrayed you?
Carol: I was not there long enough to be portrayed a certain way. possibly just as the naive recruit who did not want to be there in the first place
BBC: Do you think they portrayed the other houseguests fairly?
Carol: yeah for the most part, they emphasized the bad side of everyone and showed very little of the good qualities of the other house guests
