Big Brother Craze

It’s been another day of the boys doing what they boys do - in fact I didn’t turn on the feeds until a couple hours ago, and from what I can tell I didn’t miss a thing. There was trashing of the Jury, manscaping, meals and snacking, some time in the pool, and naptime.

The boys are bored out of their mind, seriously nic-fitting, and pacing like lions prowling a cage. So! Because there is less then 24 hours to go, and having read of the aftermath of the jury questioning, it’s a perfect time to start guessing who is going to vote for whom. Join in the comments section and tell us what you think, too!

This is a bitter, bitter jury - both boys have said that Joshuah, Sharon and Sheila were the worst during the question/interrogation the other night. So who will they vote for?

Joshuah: He had a final two deal with Ryan, but he clearly hates on Adam for reasons not entirely clear - which way will he go?
Sharon: Also a final two deal with Ryan after Joshuah left, but Ryan turned on her and let Adam vote her out. With the two of them clearly working together for her ouster - who will she punish more?
Sheila: Hated Adam from day one, and hates even more that he didn’t carry her all the way to final two. Heaven forbid she should win something on he own….
Natalie: Unhappy with the boys making it a tie vote and letting Sheila oust her, who is she more likely to give her vote? Adam - who mouthed that he voted for her, or Ryan, who didn’t?
Mattie: I don’t think he cares at all who wins. He is a complete toss-up. Ryan was on the block against him, and Adam voted against him, so he may lean toward Ryan.
Chelsia: She considers Adam spineless, and Ryan put her on the block - it’ll be the lesser of two evils for her. I do think she’ll vote with James, though.
James: Of all of them, I think James is the only one that will look at gameplay rather then personal feelings for either of the boys. Ryan and Adam both sang his praises after the Jury questions, saying he is a stand up guy all the way around.

So - James and Chelsia will likely vote the same way, as will Joshuah and Sharon. Sheila will vote for whomever she feels least betrayed her, as will Natalie. Mattie, I can see him waiting till the last minute and eenie miny moe-ing it to decide. I think it’ll go 4-3 either way, and Adam POSSIBLY has the slightest edge on Ryan for the win.

The trivia hit the feeds at 12:07am after we watched a few hours of the boys nervousing big time. They had to pee multiple times, gussied up a bit, paced, and Adam even practiced his speech every time Ryan was out of earshot. They don’t know what to expect, but are expecting the worse - and I’ll be here to hit up the aftermath as soon as the feeds come back. Look for the spoiler button to appear for the very, last time this season (…awwww!) and it’ll all be after the cut at that point.

We went to trivia at 8:06 BB time - but no one could figure out why. Just 10 minutes later we come back, and the boys have been told that the Jury Questions will be TONIGHT, at midnight, after showtime. As of earlier this morning, they had no clue whatsoever that there were going to be questions - they both assumed that they would just make a speech at the finale and be done with it. Now they have four hours to stew over the possibility of what they will be asked, and how they’d answer them.

So much for a relaxing boring day, hm boys?

I will be here until the questions are done and over with to get the first bits of reactions from the boys when it’s all said and done. Good thing I decided to go to bed early last night, and slept in this morning!

…the excitement of the Final Two on the feeds, that is… The boys slept in this morning until just minutes shy of noon, after a night of celebration, and a whole bunch of “bro” talk. They’ve been quiet, as they got up, did their morning routines, drank some joe, ate some breakfast, and worked out. They’re still upset that big brother won’t give them cigarettes, but will give them more nicotine patches.

The guineas are quite depressed, BooBoo especially. Ryan tried to get them to feel better, giving them some apples this morning. They ate, but without their usual gusto - The boys agree they miss Sharon and are upset about her eviction. I hope to see a GP DR confirming that fact on Sunday.

They got yelled at for singing, they ran around without their microphones while doing sit ups, and rescued a ladybug from the pool. Said ladybug and Ryan spent some time communing and forming a friendship, before an indoor lockdown.

The last week of feeds are always a little boring - and I have to say that at least THESE two interact more then the Dastardly Donatos did last year. They make plans, they giggle, they trash the houseguests, women, men, and hell even the guineas, they talk about the money, the bitch about doing the dishes since their ‘maid’ is no longer - it’s all good.

So - while we’re watching our final two be typical boys, here’s an activity for ya’ll as we look forward to BB10. We’ve learned a lot this season of Big Brother on how NOT to act on National Television, more so then any season so far. (IMO) So - let’s start a list of do’s and don’ts to help those that make it on the summer session of our addiction. After going to bed last night sobbing that she wanted to go home, crying herself to sleep after her campaigning to the boys to get to the Final Two, she woke up this morning with a Light Bulb Moment.

This morning in the house was all about waiting for the HOH competition, part two. The boys decided they needed a handshake for when they walk out the front doors after finding out which of them wins - that’s where the title, and the clip below, come in. (Please be aware that if you don’t want to know the last member of the final three, this clip will give it away, so don’t play.)

There was talk about working with the Autism cause, there were comments about who has to win the competition today, and what has to go down, and the usual ‘can’t be sure who Adam is lying too’ type of conversations. Then after something that pumped up the boys, Mike O said “here we go” and we got flames at 1:03 BB time, then someone remembered to hit Trivia at 1:25 PM.

As soon as the feeds come back - the spoiler button will appear just below this sentence for one of the LAST TIMES of the season (Sniff! Spoiler button, how do I love thee…) and the result will be after the cut as soon as it can be deciphered! Stay tuned!

Sleeping soundly in bed, of course. This is just a quick note to let you know that once again I have to report to the courthouse for Jury Duty this morning. Things worked out yesterday so that I was able to return home before anything got started, and I’m hopeful that today will be the same. Keep your fingers crossed for me!

The HOH Part Two should be sometime this afternoon. It is, traditionally, both mental and physical - remembering the order in which evictions/HOHs happened, and putting a puzzle together under some duress: Allstars had them flinging themselves around a metal structure wearing harnesses and pointing lasers with mirrors, last year it was a curved line to connect houseguests in an underwater puzzle. I doubt very much that it will happen before noon, but then again, I’ve been wrong before.

Also - my daughter has a concert tonight, and so I will be recapping tonight’s Big Brother episode as I watch it in my own time zone. We know what will happen, anyway - and to refresh your memory you can check out these posts: POV Spoiler, and any of the others that followed it. The Network show will cover the POV competition, the waffling of strategies, the POV Meeting, Eviction, and the beginning of last night’s HOH competition, part one.

- so now it’s a waiting game. They’re filming the show we’ll see tomorrow night, and then move on to part one of the HOH competition. As soon as we see something on the feeds, the spoiler button will appear, and all updates will be after that and the cut. We’re in it for the long haul, ya’ll!

8:30 PM - Still Trivia after 2:40 hours. I’m beginning to doubt that we’ll get to see anything at all. And to believe I will never, ever, get the BB song out of my head…

UPDATE: Alright, according to Reality BBQ’s forums, as well as confirmed from another unnamed source of mine, someone called and talked to CBS. They were told that the feeds would return after the endurance competition. Which means that we will not get to see the final HOH endurance. Yes, it’s disappointing and it sucks - however, that does mean the feeds will come back when it’s over, and we’ll be able to deduce who was evicted and who won - like any other competition. Yes, I’ll do my damndest to stick until the end to have that info to you ASAP, and will continue to update the time we remain feedless.

9:50 PM - Still Trivia after 4 hours 00 minutes.

The question is - am I crazy to hope that since were at minimum 2 hours of competition, that Sharon is still there? The boys were so certain that Sheila would drop quickly, cold and wet and not able to handle it, then Adam said he’d throw it to Ryan…

HOLY COW. I went to the restroom - and the feeds came back at 10:07 PM - after approx 4 hours 17 minutes..

We went to Trivia at 3:15 PM BB time. It is now 4:30 PM - still trivia, for 1 hour 15 minutes so far.

When we get the feeds back (I’m eternally optimistic!) the spoiler button will appear on this post as well as the cut, and we’ll continue updating there. Stay tuned!

And we’re back - at 4:35 PM BB time - everyone was apparently on a lockdown in the Blue/Boat room, but we only saw Sheila, Sharon and Ryan… and the POV necklace is still in place on the Memory Wall. They said something happening in one hour, thirty minutes… And there’s Adam.

What does it mean? I dunno yet.. my guess is a ‘practice’ run through?

Still very quiet, I was beginning to think they weren’t allowed to talk to one another, until Sheila joined Sharon on her bed to talk about the movie Sharon and Ryan saw (What happens in Vegas).

Everyone is out of nice clothes and into ‘competition’ clothes.

While we were fighting with the live feed to get it to work again - things went o hell in a handbasket in the house. First, as people were being called into the DR to do goodbyes and other good things, Adam followed Sharon to the bathroom and tried to get her to make a final two deal with her - he’d save her, she’d take him to the end. She did NOT cover herself very well, but refused to shake on it, even though he pushed pretty hard.

She waited for Ryan to get out of DR wanting to tell him first, but Adam got there first and lied - told him that Sharon approached him. When he was done, Sharon went up and freaked the hell out, gave him the up front honest edition, and started to worry Ryan about his plan. He pushed for Sharon to keep Adam if he pulls her off the block, and Sharon didn’t exactly confirm she’d do that, which made Ryan nervous. While that was going on, Sheila did her best to put the screws in Adam with her poor me guilt trip take care of me I’ve done nothing to you spiel.

We cut away and switch partners - Sheila and Sharon talking more of the same ole same ole, then rejoin Adam and Ryan upstairs where Ryan is confronting him about this deal and the trust issues. Adam talks fast and furious, swears he’ll vote out Sheila, that he’s got his back, and how dare Sharon throw him under the bus, he wants to confront her but won’t since Ryan doesn’t want him too and really too fast to even begin to catch it all.

By the end, it looked like Adam and Ryan were back on track - though how that can be is a mystery to me as in 3 short days Adam has lied to him numerous times and Ryan has CAUGHT him in them.., - Sheila is still going to be voted out tomorrow, and it’s the boys against Sharon in the final HOH.

Lawdamercy - what a day! So - who thinks Adam is telling the truth? Will he keep his word to Ryan and vote out Sheila? Was he really just trying to feel out Sharon’s loyalties like he said? With 4 people left in the house there really aren’t that many different possibilities to go around you know? Man alive - tomorrow’s gonna be EPIC. As usual. *Grin*

That’s right, sleeping snug as a bug in their beds.

There is no lockdown as of yet (Sheila just made a trip to the WC, we saw sunshine outside) - which is unsurprising as they still have a Veto Meeting to do. What is surprising is that said Veto Meeting is usually around noon, and all the hamsters are still in bed. Ahha! Flames at 11:22 - Wakey Wakey, houseguests!

Part of me expects there to be an eviction directly after that Veto Meeting, and the 3 part HOH to begin tonight on the feeds, running into tomorrow. The other part? Doesn’t know what to expect, and both parts together just want to KNOW so that I can arrange my grocery shopping between events.

Tonight’s network show on CBS - I expect it to handle the Luxury Comp and Nominations - though others hope to have the POV there too, I don’t think there’s enough time, AND they haven’t done the POV meeting yet, so that wouldn’t work. Either way, I’ll be here for the recap, as well as covering whatever we see on the feeds as soon as they do whatever it is they’re gonna do.

I know, that’s helpful, huh? (grin)

11:44 AM - Brief flames, and we come back and Ryan is upset. They just apparently announced an ALL DAY lockdown, beginning in 20 minutes! Ryan says his day is RUINED now - he and Adam are going to run outside and work out before they lock them down. You know what a long lockdown means, right? Yup! Sounds like an ENDURANCE COMP in the works! If so, that means there WILL be an eviction sometime today… (I’m clinging to that hope..)

Houseguests are all up and getting ready for the day, and Adam called Sheila a bitch already. It’s a beautiful day in the Hamster Hut…

Everyone’s trying to figure out if they’re going to have the POV ceremony today since it’s already noon, and they normally are locked down outside for a bit before that. No one can figure out what’s going on - only that Diary Room calls will start in a few minutes too. Wonder how long they’re going to keep them (and us!) in the dark about the schedule?

12 Noon BB Time: LOCKDOWN.

Ryan: I’m so depressed.

Downstairs: Sheila complaining about Adam, and going on and on about how she won’t put up with him calling her a bitch much longer, so on and so forth. How rude they are because Ryan and Adam were up late and woke them up and such.

Upstairs: Adam complaining about Sheila and how sick he is of her and her attitude and that she’s going home and he’s so annoyed. He can’t wait to vote her out, is sick of her excuses, so on, so forth.

1:55 PM BB time - they were just locked out of the HOH room. Paranoia increases. Adam is telling Ryan and Sharon that there’s been a robbery - his hidden stash of cigarettes has disappeared at some point. Ryan and Sharon keep encouraging him to report the robbery - since there’s nothing to do anyway.

2:05 PM BB time - Head of Household, please report to your room. Hoh blogging time? Camera time? YUP! Blog and Pictures today! The boys are all “Waaaaaaaait - things are all wacky! Before the POV meeting?!”

Sheila kicked Adam out of her room when he and Ryan went in to take pictures. She’s refusing to take a picture with Adam too. So Sharon is going out to do so. Sheila’s really full on in bitch mode. She stayed in her room and is all “This is not acting, I can’t stand him.” They had to convince Adam to take pictures after that, but Baller’s always easy to get into the playful mood.

I’m telling you - eviction and part 1 HOH endurance TONIGHT folks. I feel it in mah bones! It’s cracking me up that BB won’t give them any official heads up though. Big Time. Let this be my final three, guys!

…and it’s more of the same. Boredom, that is. Heh. Though watching Ryan and Adam when they get the giggles makes it impossible not to laugh along. Especially when Adam laughs so hard he has to spit out his mouthful of coffee back into the cup - and some makes a trip through the nose as well. I didn’t screencap it. You’re welcome.

They all appreciated the full moon, the boys worked out, Sheila spent everyone elses naptime cleaning, then Sharon’s wake up time complaining about how few times the shower had been cleaned. There’s been very little new game talk - though Sharon spoke with Adam a bit earlier, and of course got nowhere as Adam pulled his “uh huh” and “know what I mean” best and made no promises. Sheila, on the other hand, has cornered Sharon with her “I deserve to win this” after blasting Sharon earlier to Adam for answering her questions on how Sharon would spend the money should she win. Sharon must of forgotten that only Sheila is allowed to have such plans…

The plan for eviction remains unchanged as of now - and the POV Meeting should be tomorrow, possibly with an eviction directly following that and the first part of the final HOH - don’t quote me on that, but that’s what I’m expecting, and hoping for.

Until then, we’ll just keep on watching the boys play - today they made their pasta salad dish with much fanfair, and discovered the trap door in the back yard.

Tomorrow they plan on a garbage bag water slide. I know! How can stand the excitement?!

The houseguests got to sleep in pretty late, until Ryan got bored and woke up Adam and so. The biggest drama happened while I was at a meeting - the ants had invaded the Guinea Pigs’ cage, and everyone was pretty distraught over it. They put them on an outdoor lockdown so that BB could clean the cage, and they also put ant-traps in the kitchen as well. Sharon was quite happy with the results for sure.

Everything seems still on track today - Ryan and Adam have made up their mind and seem to be keeping to the plan. In fact, they seem downright giddy and confident at this point - with laughter and promises and talks of final two.
