Big Brother Craze

Good morning my BBCrazies! Can you believe the wait is ALMOST OVER? Today’s entry is a mishmash of tidbits and todo lists before Big Brother officially takes over our lives for the next 3 months!

I slept in this morning, enjoying the fact that I COULD sleep in this morning, and bemoaning the fact that tomorrow will be the last day that I will likely get to do so! Time to put my favorites on speed dial, stock up on Diet crack Coke, get some munchies, and do the final study of faces/names so that when the feeds come on after the West Coast Premiere tomorrow night, I’ll have a good handle on who’s who. Maybe - those first couple nights are filled with “wait, WHO is that again?!” but I get it… eventually!

Now I mentioned the new Twitter accounts that were supposedly from Allison Grodner, an insider Scoop and the BB HOH - guess what? They’re REAL. (Well, can’t vouch for Allison, but the others…). I woke up to several tweets, AND a CBS Press Release that confirms that @BigBrotherScoop and @BigBrotherHOH are indeed the real deal - and @agrodner22 looks pretty legit as well!

Sounds like the “Big Surprise” they tweeted yesterday wasn’t received well by someone, hm? Was it the Nominations? Have vs. Have not/Food? POV? OMG I can’t wait till the feeds go live - this is TORTURE! *L*

Tonight on Craig Furguson, there will be an “exclusive announcement” from Julie, too! Then, don’t forget Julie will be on Inside Dish with Ross on Friday (filmed yesterday - and Matt from BigBrotherNetwork got to call in with his question for Julie! Color us jealous!) OH! And the RealPlayer Chat, Lunch Express, with Chelsia and Missy - tomorrow at NOON PST for a special pre-premiere show! Then they’ll be on at the same time every Thursday and Friday through the season. They’re only available on the feeds though!

Time’s running out to get the $10/mth feeds and get all set up for tomorrow’s big day! The new features went live yesterday (Not the feeds themselves - those are still playing Nasa/CSpan! - seen at the top of the entry), including the Flashback (seen above), and I happily watched some of my favorite BB10 Feed moments using it! It’s AWESOME, and you really don’t wanna miss out! Real Superpass put a lot of thought into the new features, and the work has totally paid off!

Shhh. It’s still morning here, where I am.

Of course, I’ve already been up for several hours, just getting used to putting my head back on BB Time - which included powernapping through the day yesterday whenever I felt the need. I’ve perfected the powernap, you see. 15-30 minutes of quick napping and I’m good for hours more. It’s helpful during Endurance nights!

So, it’s TUESDAY. And you know what THAT means…

…nothing, yet. Ha! After yesterday’s onslaught of BB Tidbits and Juicy Spoilers, its not surprising that today has been a little bit slower, as we still chew on everything we found out yesterday. Here’s some things to keep you busy though!

(Sometimes while uploading - especially during Endurance comps - it may overload the CPU, but it always comes back after a bit, so if you hit it and it’s not there, give it a bit and try again.)

These will be uploaded and organized by day (Feed day, House Day, AND Date), so that you can easily find what you’re looking for. You have access to all my screencaps of BB10 as well!

Ok, so we all know that Housecalls was canceled due to lack of a sponsor - but we will not be without a great many places to chat all things Big Brother, without the need to stay away from talking about the feeds, like we suffered with housecalls! We’ll have:

Big Brother Express Lunch - With Missy and Chelsia (BB9), on Thursdays and Fridays, Noon PST - this one is for Superpass Live Feeds peeps ONLY, so if you haven’t gotten your feed on, do so here! They’ll have a show on premiere day too - July 9th at Noon BBT!

Then, We Love Big Brother says they’ll get their feed fixed by next week, for their call in show Big Brother Extra. Memphis will join Bunky next week at 7pm Eastern, 6pm Central, 5pm Mountain, and 4pm Pacific (and 3pm Alaska, 2pm Hawaii!) They will be archiving the show as well for those that miss it.

Evel Dick has said he’ll be doing his show again too, as well as some things in the works with the one and only Janelle. So be on the lookout for that too! I’ll post times and such when they’ve been officially announced.

And, of course, Ross over at InsideDish will have interviews with the evicted houseguests on FRIDAYS, too! And we’re waiting still for his Women of Big Brother video - soon, we hope, soon!

Aw yeah, baby! Now we KNOW it’s getting close! Today various journalists and bloggers spend the day INSIDE THE BIG BROTHER HOUSE! Lucky bastards. The only one I know for sure yet is Ben over at B-side Blog - little did we know when he tweeted that he was going off the grid for the day in 3…2…1.. he meant INSIDE THE BIG BROTHER HOUSE! I am so 100% jealous! He tweeted his release from the 12 hour sequester just a few moments after CBS tweeted the day had finished, and they would allow the journalists to release details on their own…

Don’t worry - I’m all about stalking him until he posts! It’s just one of the little things I do for all you Big Brother Crazies!

While we’re waiting for the stories to start pouring in, take a gander at this! Alison Grodner gave a radio interview this morning with John, Jay and Rich and Peaches has all the goods on it over at BB-411. Alison gave us a few details to ponder over and pick apart and OMGYAY somewhere around 4 minutes into the interview! Check it:

“Everyone is in. We’ve got a cast, we’ve got the twist, the new house. It’s exciting!”

“The house is gorgeous. It’s a modern house this season, and we’re going green. Eco-friendly.”

And Alison joked about Julie hosting through the pregnancy, and joked that the baby would be the FOURTEENTH CONTESTANT - do we consider that a confirmed 13 houseguests for the season? DO WE? I think we MIGHT be able too!

Back to Press Day:
– who dresses up in costume on Craig Furgeson’s show? He was there too.
– Someone named Carrie on that interview was also in the house…

THIS JUST IN: No details will be released until JUNE 29TH!

Which means, of course, that while we’re chomping at the bit, that means that we have a definite day that the actual cast will be preparing to enter the house, completely sequestered! We can expect them to move in by July 2nd most likely, with the premiere on the 9th.

Hi ya’ll! I’m back from my little midweek “vacation” that was more “information overload” at a seminar with my dad - fun was had by all! Or well, at least by us, which tends to happen when he take off together and run away for a couple days.
