1. Tell us a little about you and Ronnie - how you met, how long you’ve been married, etc, anything you’d like us to know.
Wow, this is a long question to answer. We actually met in high school. He went to Parkersburg High School and I went to Parkersburg South High School. Our schools travelled on the bus together to speech and debate tournaments. He would tell you that he knew he was going to marry me back then. I had some convincing. (He was 5’3 when he graduated from High School and a big geek.).

Flash forward two years, it was the summer before I went to college, we were in a play at the Actor’s Guild “The Who’s Tommy” and he pursued me again. I still was not interested. He gave me a big basket of Bath and Body Works products but I had just gone to my first week of college and had a new boyfriend. Two years later, my brother was in Oliver! at the Actor’s Guild and Ronnie was working backstage. He approached me and asked me for just one date. I gave him that date but still told my Roommate that he was not my type and we were just friends. A couple weeks pass and he asks to be my boyfriend. I wanted to scare him off so I told him the next guy who’s my boyfriend I want to marry. Funny…It didn’t work. Instead he pursues me even more. We dated for four months before he proposes. We were engaged for the next two years before getting married. We’ve been married six year, June 6th.

2. What characteristics drew you to Ronnie, and how do you think his personality will work once he’s inside the house? Is he the type to clash with everyone, or laid back take it day by day?
I remember when we got engaged someone said to me, “Does he make you laugh?” He makes me laugh every day. Ronnie can tell the same story I can but in such a way people are captivated by it. Ronnie is also the type of person who never gives up. He perseveres through any task given. I believe all of these qualities will help inside the house. He is the type of person you love, or love to hate. I have not met a person yet who has luke warm feelings about him.

My husband is anything but laid back. Lol! That is my forte.

Ronnie will be friendly when he first gets into the house so everyone gets to know him. He will listen intently to everyone and then after a few weeks he will start clashing. I guess the answer to your question is that in his private life he will clash but in the BB house both.

3. In his bio, Ronnie says you’re his Hero because you put up with him and he’s afraid his housemates might not- what sort of things do you think will drive his new roommates nuts?
Lol! I think calling me a hero is a bit much but I think that he meant because I’m kind. I don’t think either qualifies me for a cape… Ronnie’s greatest area for improvement is his flair for the dramatic. I think that it’s going to be hard for him, without me there, to sometimes put things in perspective. I can see his roommates’ now saying calm down Ronnie she didn’t mean it that way.

4. Hard core gamer, can’t live without his iPhone - how is he going to make it through the next few months?
I think that it will be difficult. I am sure that we will see some weird movement that simulates pulling out an iphone kind of like when someone loses a limb. It still feels like it’s there… I think eventually he will be fine because the Big Brother house is like one big complicated puzzle. He will focus on it like he does any game.

5. His Solitary interview/audition has been making the rounds. How’d he go from Solitary to Big Brother? How many times has he tried out for BB? Any other shows he’s tried out for?
He may have auditioned for Solitary, but he has always wanted Big Brother. He has been a big fan for years. He has tried out for Big Brother four times. We once travelled to Memphis, Tenn. for an open call for Big Brother. We drove twelve hours, he auditioned, and then we turned around and drove back. Like I said he’s persistent.

6. How are you feeling right about now? Both in regards to the game, and in knowing its going to be a long summer without Ronnie?
I am extremely anxious. It all feels surreal. I feel like I am dreaming. This is such an opportunity for Ronnie. It will be a long summer. I am quoted by our local paper as saying “Ronnie brings so much color to the world”. I think that is the truest statement I can make. I feel as though when they took him I lost some of that color. I hate to go Jerry Maguire on you but he does “complete me”. When he’s not sucked into a computer / video game, we have this amazing connection.

7. Will you be watching the Live Feeds, surfing the sites and boards?
Of course. I don’t think that I could make it through the summer without my life lines. Lol! And yes, I do cruise the boards. It’s funny I didn’t think that people would be trying to find pictures of me. I am very flattered.

8. What would you like Big Brother fans to know about Ronnie that they might not discover right off the bat?
Ronnie can easily be underestimated. Yes, he is a geek. He loves technology and is very intelligent. Ronnie is also a deep person. He understands communication and is very good as socializing. He can exist in many different groups. One of our best friends coaches Football. We love to hang out with him. I would say of the major groups from High School, Ronnie has at least one friend from each. I think that this diversity will help relate to each person while in the Big Brother House.

Ronnie also has deep emotions. I never expected him to mention me so much.

9. Now that the cast has been announced, as well as the twist - what do you think of the rest of the houseguests? Anyone you see Ronnie clicking or aligning with? folks you think he might avoid?
Absolutely, I think that I see Ronnie aligning with Michele. He admired intelligence. I think that he will use that my name is also Michelle to his advantage. I think that at the end though he will dump her because she isn’t me and she would not be good to take to the end unless she has angered a lot of people. I think that he will avoid Braden. He seems like someone whose sole purpose in life is to look pretty. (Sorry no offense to Braden’s family) My mother always told me that being pretty on the outside is an accident; being pretty on the inside takes work.

10. What do you think of the clique twist, as well as the have vs. have nots? The mystery houseguest?
Well, I teach high school so I live in the cliques. I think that it is a good twist and Ronnie will find his niche. I think no matter what twist is thrown at Ronnie. He will do fine.

11. If you could have an uncensored five minute conversation with Ronnie right now - what would you say?
I don’t think that I would take it. Ronnie is in the game right now. I think to jump in and say anything to him would be cruel and would hurt him more than help. My thoughts are with him every day.

- my take: Still love her! She’s actually watched the show and has a good idea of what she’s getting into. And she wants a woman to win this year too, and asked Diane good questions about why it’s so hard for the women to stick together and go to the end, voting. She seems to already be thinking - good! She does say ‘like’ a lot, but it’s not even half as annoying as when Jen(bb8) did it. Heh. See seems very confident and comfortable in her own skin.

- my take: Oh Chima. That makeup scares me. And shiny. Oh dear. But she is certainly bubbly, and she finds herself very funny like she says. The voice isn’t quite as grating as I feared, but the laugh… oh the laugh. We’ll always know where she is! Something Diane said in the interview when talking about the money “one in 14 or 15 chance of winning half a million…” - a clue? She’s naturally a fan of Janelle. She says she’s physically inept, she can remember a whole lotta stuff but don’t ask her to climb a wall! Hah. Ok, the laugh is gonna kill me, but maybe I’ll like her a little more than I thought originally.

- my take: She comes off very cute, uber excited, she’s a big fan of Big Brother too. She says she’s a female Eric (BB8), goofy and smart, and I can see that. She’s very much a CA girl, but she’s a lot more expressive than I expected - she’s definitely a cute nerd. If they underestimate her, and she can fly under the radar, she may be alright. She’s like Ronnie though, in danger of overthinking everything. If she can keep a handle on that, she could have a good run!

- my take: Haha! She’s already been warned that hitting people is not a allowed. She rolled her eyes and laughed when she said it, and I think she’s cute. When she talked about not getting to tell her dad goodbye, awwww. She swears she won’t cry - can’t wait to see her break down. Hahah! She’s another fan, which makes me happy, as we’ve got more fans than not this time around. She’s intelligent, and I think she’ll do well. They’ll certainly underestimate her since she’s so small. I love that her main worry is food and getting to eat other than slop, when she weighs all of 102. *L* Nice. She asked Diane good questions as well, and is already thinking ahead.

- my take: Russell the Love Muscle. Oh my. He does seem to have a brain along with the muscle. He says he has a short fuse, but will be able to keep it under wraps. We shall see. What I want to know is who might win between him and Natalie in a fight. My bet on Natalie - girls fight dirty! He promises to use the gym every day - so yay, eye candy! And he really does have a nice grin. He’s also a fan, even though he was recruited in a bar. So that’s good too. Man. I might actually like this guy… I’ll feel slightly ashamed if I like someone with the nicknamed the love muscle. He’s hoping for an Evel Dick approach - in your face. Not sure how well that’s gonna work out for him…

- my take: Ok, I’m gonna HAVE to root for him - my dad was born in West Virginia, and I was born in Ohio, and ya know, Ronnie was too, and hello, he’s a geek. He’s very personable actually, not as geeky as I feared. He admitted to crying when he got the key - so he’s gonna be our emotional one. Ha! He knows he’s gotta be flexible, and has a pretty good handle on how he wants to go in and play a social game. And of course, he’s a huge fan. He talks highly of his wife, often, and that’s really kinda adorable. He seems to have a pretty good take on the game and what he needs to do - though he could be in danger of overthinking… he’ll have to watch out for that. He kinda reminds me of the drama club at my high school. Aaah, memories…

- my take: She’s a complete novice, she had never seen the show, and doesn’t have internet, but she borrowed her friends laptop to watch it all, so at least she has a little bit of an idea of what she’s going into. She’s definitely one of the populars, cheerleader blond, with a southern accent to boot. She doesn’t seem to be as stuck up as I feared she might be, but she rather stereotypical in that she’s willing to flirt her way through the game. She’s cute, and will probably be long in the game because of it. She’s everything that drove me nuts in highschool. *L* So I’ll have to HOPE she’s amusing on the feeds!

- He’s a fan of the show and didn’t know about AllStars?! Oh dear. And ya know, he’s not really that great looking on camera. I’m not impressed, at all. (Wasn’t impressed with his nude pictures either. heh.) Aaaaand, true to form, he’s not really here for the money he says, but thinks the exposure could be good. And when he gets the chance to ask Diane questions? He asks her how her morning was, not about the game. Oy. He says that he doesn’t run the myspaces, or anything, that he has a couple of assistants that do it for him, it’s not his thing. Overall - I’m not impressed.

Big Brother Express Lunch - With Missy and Chelsia (BB9), on Thursdays and Fridays, Noon PST - this one is for Superpass Live Feeds peeps ONLY, so if you haven’t gotten your feed on, do so here! They’ll have a show on premiere day too - July 9th at Noon BBT!

Then, We Love Big Brother says they’ll get their feed fixed by next week, for their call in show Big Brother Extra. Memphis will join Bunky next week at 7pm Eastern, 6pm Central, 5pm Mountain, and 4pm Pacific (and 3pm Alaska, 2pm Hawaii!) They will be archiving the show as well for those that miss it.

Evel Dick has said he’ll be doing his show again too, as well as some things in the works with the one and only Janelle. So be on the lookout for that too! I’ll post times and such when they’ve been officially announced.

And, of course, Ross over at InsideDish will have interviews with the evicted houseguests on FRIDAYS, too! And we’re waiting still for his Women of Big Brother video - soon, we hope, soon!

Braden:
Srsly? Is this guy for real? He can’t act, he’s already got nudie pics being shared around, he’s dumber than a stump, so much so that he makes up his own words and doesn’t know the meaning of simple ones like “pet peeve” - this does not mean your “favorite” pizza, man, it’s something you hate about others. I’m blond and I know this! Nothing is more telling than his bio which says he’s “boastful of his self-perceived intelligence.” Nothings worse then an idiot thinking he’s smart. I’m fully prepared to hate this guy.

Kevin:
The season’s token gay! And he’s “Ghetto Fabulous”! It could go either way with this one. I liked Dustin at first too, until he went all douchebag on us in season 8. And Josh, well, he kinda gave the bitchy fags a bad name. Could Kevin redeem the bitchy tag and make it watchable and fun without delving into cruel and idiocy? Time will tell! I like getting my bitch on as much as the next person, so hopefully he’ll live up to the hype. I could go either way with Kevin, but on the small things I’ve seen so far, he makes me laugh, and that’s a good thing.

Laura:
Oy. Another Bikini model, this one with a Tramp Stamp. My first thought is that she’s BB8 Jen v2, but the saving grace is that Laura is at least a Big Brother Fan. She wants to use her body as a secret weapon, but how secret is it if it’s mostly undressed in a bikini? Just sayin’. I’m fully prepared to dislike her intensely, while oogling her massive cleavage.

Russell:
Ok, when I heard “Russell the love muscle” I was all INSTAHATE! And then I saw the way he interacted with Ross, and where the name came from, and how it made Ross blush and back up, and ya know, I kinda like him now. I have a feeling he’s one of those houseguests that will grow on us - if he sticks around long enough. His size and obvious strength will make him an early target, unless he keeps in the winning Clique. He does have that gentle teddy bear look to his eyes, and ya know, eye candy. And he seems to have more brains than our last musclehead… not that that is a difficult thing to achieve. Heh. So, I like him, tentatively.

Jordan:
Oh honey, these guys are gonna eat you ALIVE. This one is so naive, and she’s never seen the show, and she’s our ‘blond bimbo’ stereotype for the season. SHe did kinda win me over a bit by saying she wont “bugger” on tv - meaning having sex. In the UK, bugger involves the back door, and that made me giggle. Way to try and be prim and proper, darlin.. I’m reserving my judgment on this one, as it could go either way. I’m hoping she’s a little less naive than she comes across.

Natalie:
Oooooh, she’s a tough little cookie, isn’t she? Bronze medalist in Tae Kwon Do, she’s a whole lotta POW in a little package! She’s also a poker player, and believes she can pick up on others lies and tells - while doing her own manipulations behind the scenes. First impressions are that I like her, and think she’ll go far? But if they realize she’s a competition powerhouse, she could be Tae Kwon Kicked right out the door early.

Michele:
Talk about an all natural girl! I love that she’s barely wearing makeup, that her hair isn’t all done up, and she’s an obvious smartypants too what with the whole brain surgeon thing. My worry is that she’ll pull a Brian and over think everything in the first week or two, instead of a Dan and take calculated risks throughout. I like her, and see her possibly going at least to the jury if the others don’t perceive her as a threat right away. She and I have the same motto, Don’t sweat the small stuff, and hopefully she’ll hang in there long enough to do the Brainiacs proud!

Jeff:
Our All American Dude! I like him - especially after seeing him with Ross. He’s a big hearted guy, and seems pretty stable and confident without being overly so. Thats a good thing for us Big Brother fans! He gives off a bit of a Memphis/Dan vibe, and I’m drawn to him, even if he says he wouldn’t mind a showmance. He’s an ex-football player. Wonder if he has a tight end… Hee! First impression is like! We’ll see how long that lasts…

Chima:
AHHHH! She looks like my 10 year old helped her with her makeup! And that VOICE! Hopefully that’s her working voice, and not her everyday chatting voice, or we’ve found this seasons Keesha (Who I adored, even as she made my ears bleed!). She has a great potential to be this seasons ABW, but if she can keep that in check and be the friendly outgoing girl she is at work, she might do alright. I’m waiting to see this one on the feeds before I make my final like/hate decision.

Ronnie:
Gamer Geeks FTW! He’s the type you imagine sitting at home surrounded by his computers, ignoring the world - wait, he IS that type. No imagining necessary! I love the way he talked about his wife, though I think his being an uberfan might be his downfall. He will need to pull back a little, else he be an early boot. Though his smallish geekish looks may give him the advantage of not seeming to be a threat. In his interview with Ross he was funny, and charming, and he’s in my like column - for now.

Lydia:
This should come as no surprise - LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE her. Please don’t be an early boot, Lydia! She’s shy, but open, she’s got body ink and I love body ink, she’s confident, yet charming, and she loves her family. This is the epitome of don’t judge a book by it’s cover, folks - not all people love the tats like I do, but I find her beautiful. I worry about her hatred of liars and disrespectful people - it might be her downfall in the house. I hope she gets people to see how sweet she is first, than blows them out of the water later on. She’s at the top of my favorite list - and that should surprise none of you regular readers! *L*

Casey:
This could be one of like, 20 different men I’ve met in my home town. The whole DJ by night, the I’m a cool teacher vibe, the rapping and bad whiteboy dancing… it’s all there. I dare say I’ll like him - but not for very long. I could be wrong, but I’ll have to wait to see him on the feeds to be sure. He does hate whiners, which usually means he’ll whine about them, which will make me go UGH faster than anything else. But I’m pulling for the “old” guy!

Mystery Houseguest:
Can’t wait to see who it is!

“This season, the California-themed “Big Brother” dwelling will go green with several eco-friendly touches including organic soap in the bathroom, energy-producing exercise bikes in the gym and composting bins in the backyard. Executive producer Allison Grodner teased that one of the three bedrooms, a jungle-themed enclave, will feature a nasty surprise.

“It is a room that will test their resolve,” Grodner said during a recent tour of the newest “Big Brother” house. “I will go out on a limb and say that it is the worst room to sleep in any `Big Brother.’ After 11 seasons, that’s saying a lot. This is a special treat for the houseguests. Each week, one group of houseguests will end up in this room.””

And you all thought the Pool Room would be bad!

UPDATE! Julie Chen (AND OMG BABYBOT BABYBUMP!) has her house tour up with the first glimpse of the “jungle room” which doesn’t look very jungle-y, but DOES look uncomfortable as hell, AND the Right hand shower has NO HOT WATER.

If your banished to the locked room, you’re also banished to using only the cold shower! BRRR!

Losers of the Have and Have Not competition are subject to worst living conditions in BB history
Have Nots subject to a cold room, cold showers, food restrictions, and bright lights that never turn off
No details regarding the 13th Mysterious Houseguest will be released until July 9th
Starting second week, viewers will decide the food restriction
The Have Nots will get slop in addition to America’s food restriction
The exercise bikes and lightbulbs might come into play later this summer
