Final HOH Endurance Comp - Winner!
Here we go, kids! It’s time for Part One of the Final HOH competition - Wing and a Prayer.
I’ll let you know as soon as the feeds come back on, then after the cut, all the updates will follow! As always, I’ll keep a running time here at the top of the post so you have an approximate time of when things happen…

Jerry is already down!!! There is no talking between our Renegades - they’re still putting on a show for Jerry, who’s sitting on the ground by the hot tub.
Dan: get off me bug.
Memphis looks over - Dan is focused straight ahead.
Dan talks to production: glad you’re back, haven’t seen you for a few challenges - you, with the baseball hat on.
Memphis keeps glancing at him. Remember - I’ll be putting up pictures in the gallery, as often as I can… link on the sidebar on the right…. They’re bouncing around again, up and down, gentle sway, bounce bounce bounce… both boys are in the zone. At least they’re gonna make this more of a show then the BB9 Tweedles did! I think I love them even more for it…
Time for some wind…
Dan is chanting “watch the nose of the plane, watch the nose of the plane…”
(for those that don’t know - Dan gets motion sickness..)
Dan: Know what I tell the football players back at St. Mary’s? If it ain’t rough, it ain’t right. So guess what Memphis, it’s gonna be a long night.
Memphis: (silence)
Dan is yelling at voices he hears outside: I love you guys! Call me after the show!
Memphis can’t hold back the small chuckle, but follows it with a convincing roll of the eyes.
Time to bounce a little more, and rock, and more wind… both still look strong.
Water now too - Memphis chose not to wear the windbreaker..
Dan: Bet you wish you wore Jerry’s windbreaker!
Memphis: …..
Dan: if it ain’t rough, it ain’t right.
More movement - this one lasts a bit longer then before… more movement on the planes too. Sharper.
Dan: Focus on the nose, focus on the nose…
Both still look strong. Wind/Rain stops, still bouncing them around though - Dan almost lost it! He holds on though, gathering his balance and hangs on still.. Comfortable once more. Memphis stealing looks at him now and again. No rest this time, still moving…. finally a rest - Memphis wraps the cords around his hands again.
Time to throw them around a bit again… crank up the wind and rain..
Dan: focus.. nose of the plane. nose. of. the. plane. Focus. finish. Focus and Finish. Become one with the plane.
Memphis: …..
Jerry: ….
Dan wobbled again, but held on easily enough. Memphis is rock solid. Dan’s wobbling -
Dan: get back right, get back right! Down, back, up forward…
He catches it again… now they’re rocking them front and back too - and MEMPHIS IS DOWN!!!!
Dan: Get me offa this thing!
He falls down a second later! Dan wins Part ONE!
Dan shakes Jerry’s hand. Doesn’t go to Memphis. Then - he does after a minute, says ’sorry’
Memphis: s’allright
Jerry: Sorry I went down so quick, I didn’t have my hands wrapped around…
Dan and Jerry talk - as Memphis runs back to change his clothes - showing that he’s just fine. *L* lovin’ my Renegade boys!
Ah - and Jerry did pack, as did Memphis before the show. (had too, since he was stillt echnically on the block)
Dan: knew I could do it. One. More. to go.
Memphis: I was about to fall off the front, onto the grass! I was like looking at the concrete at the front of the pool, it was going so much…
Jerry: I never wrapped mine, ropes were too long…
Dan: See ya, red baron. (He heads inside)
Mike O: thanks guys - see ya next time. Head on inside.
Memphis: almost ate it forward off that thing…
Jerry/Memphis in store room
Memphis: hands are killing me
Jerry: that’s why I didn’t wrap mine, but they were too long. I was afraid to rip my hand off.
Dan: that last heave? Was like…
Memphis: that’s when I almost went face first, would have gone in the pool!
Dan: I almost lost it.
Memphis: pissed off. what you thinking?
Jerry: we’ll have to talk about it and see what we’re going to do..
Dan runs out of the shower in his boxers: this is the only show you’re gonna get!
Then he hops into the shower.
Dan/Memphis have a quick grin and whispered convo in the bathroom (Mah BOYZ), then Memphis goes back to talk to Jerry in the kitchen.
Jerry: Trying to think of what the other competitions have been.
Memphis: there is no way I could have kept holding my rope like that. Everytime it killed my hands
Jerry: At one point he was all the way like this (demonstrates) and somehow got it back.
Memphis: they couldn’t have expected that to last long.
Jerry: they should have had handles on them, you know?
Memphis: He was trying to get a little nasty at the beginning, huh?
Jerry: Yeah. He can be that way.
Memphis: He can do whatever he wants.
Jerry’s making a couple burgers for him and Memphis - offered one to Dan, Dan turned him down but thanked him for asking.

Jerry didn’t seem like he was doing too great. He didn’t have the lines wrapped around his hands and was bending his knees too much. Here’s hoping…

Well since Dan and Memphis had that short “mock” fight after Keesha’s eviction, Jerry feels pretty safe with whoever wins. I think Jerry would be just has happy to just have made it to F3. Now, he has a new story to tell all his “friends.”

Do you think it really matters which one wins? I can’t see either taking Jerry to final two they can’t be certain they will win against him and they would lose the other’s vote..

I don’t think it really matters who wins, they’re ust putting on a show for Jerry. Although it might be best to let Memphis win. Dan might be better at the second part than Memphis would be.

Gigglechick - we all were spoiled there. But at least these guys gave us a bit of a show, unlike last season where we got nothing at all on the feeds. *L*

Less than an hour… so much for an endurance comp. Glad Dan won though, now he can take the next one off and leave it up to Memphis to beat Jerry.

Vicki - nah, last season we didn’t even get it on the feeds. They were done before the feeds had a chance to go back up.
But yeah. Heh. Sorta a reply - but they did make it more of a show then we thought they might. I love the way they’re snowing Jerry. Heh.

I tell ya, if I had to work on those comp. sets as long as they have been working on them. I think I’d be pretty ticked that it ended up only a what 20, 30 minute comp. I’d be telling them. You boys better make this a long one or I’m really gonna rock your plane.

We saw it on the feeds - it was a wednesday, but all evictions were on wednesday for Season 9…..
We would have seen it, I mean, if it hadn’t have freakin ended so fast. Heh.

*L* it was just shy of an hour, but yeah. The way they were tossing them around that last time though, they couldn’t have expected it to be hours long.
Remember in BB8 - they broke the rabbit they had to jump over, that’s a big reason that it lasted so long, because all they had to do was stand in place, get wet, hold a key for the last 5 hours.

that was the first season I watched BB8. Ever since then this particular comp has been a let down

I’m still extremely upset w mephis and lessa I know that’s your boy but they’ve gambled this whole time they could have taken her to the final 3. Dan is going to have a lot of explaining to Keesha she thinks he’s a wonderful friend. HaHa go jerry (I’m kidding).

*L* Well, Alicia - I like to LOOK at Memphis, and want him in 2nd place. *g* Dan’s my boy.
But yeah - I think he is honestly her friend though, and she’ll understand that. Deep down, it’s a game. She knows that pretty well. They’ll be fine.

Well, on the BB10 Spoilers site ass hole Memphis won 2nd part of contest. So Memphis and Dan will duke it out. So much for justice one is guaranteed 50,000 and one 500,000.00. Even though all housguests got paid 750.00 a week for being there. Now that is my kind of job!!!!!!!
