Big Brother Craze

The power will shift again in just a few hours after we get a new HOH at the end of tonight’s episode! Aren’t these weekly ‘resets’ awesome? Who do you think will come out on top tonight? Who’s leaving, Mattie or Ryan? Which side will win HOH? Will it be the good, or the evil….

..just kidding. I’m no Amber, or Natalie. Have to believe that God has better things to do then watch and manipulate the Big Brother Game. The Diary Room, on the other hand…

..just kidding again. I’m no conspiracy theorist, though such theories definitely amuse me. The latest of the bunch is that the DR told Natalie what the HOH competition would be about. This stems from her comment that they asked her about all her ‘groups of 8′ that she’s been counting. My bet is that it was a question buried in a line of questioning that had to do with her general counting, rather then a “HEY NATALIE! THIS HOH COMP IS TOTALLY FOR YOU!” but then again, I’m not a conspiracy theorist.

Tonight’s episode will feature a “where are they now” segment with Evel Dick and Daniele, and Dick will also be returning to the house for the POV competition next week (For us feed freaks, that’ll be on Friday) - Croquet, anyone? I totally called that the minute the croquet sets arrived in the back yard!

Last night, Josh worked himself up into quite a little tizzy, getting prepared to knock Sheila and Natalie off their game today. He promised not to do anything last night, so that Matt could enjoy what ‘might be’ his last night in the house, but spent quite a while going on tangents and working out his plan with Sharon. Plan is to go after them a little before the live show, then during the commercial breaks, then right before HOH. Yeah, he’s a low down dirty so and so for the attacks he’s planning, but it’s effective.

So much so that just the threat of something going down had Sheila worked up into a lather all night last night, telling us that (GASP!) she’s 45 frickin years old, with a son who didn’t sign up for this (Sweetheart, he’s a minor, YOU signed him up for this) and how dare people use her son as a weapon (They’ll stop when you stop using him as a shield!) and she’s the smartest best most dangerous player in the house.

…wait, what?!

Yeah, she went there. She’s the Queen Bee because whom SHE decides is who goes home. She can flip the house like she did last week, she just chooses not to do it this week.

…I know, right?

This morning folks are milling around and we’ve been subjected to a very long Sheila/Natalie love fest, which is enough to make me want to lose my breakfast. Everyone else was sleeping, however, and they’re starting to get up and the girls are hitting the bathroom for hair and makeup and such.

As of last nights quick strategy session in the HOH room - despite Matt’s last minute plea, the plan still is in effect. The other side believe that Chelsia is going to vote to keep matt. The votes should go down like this:

Evict Ryan: Sheila, Natalie (Possibly Adam)
Evict Matt: Chelsia, Josh, Sharon (Possibly Adam)

The only wild card is Adam - because he won’t commit to one way or another, despite Sheila’s strong-arming him at every opportunity, the last of which was just a few minutes ago. He nodded like he was with her, but we all know Adam’s strategy for dealing with Sheila is to simply smile and nod. Ha! If it goes to a tie, Matt will leave by James’ vote.

Today’s a busy day for this blogger! Remember that Big Brother will be an hour later tonight, due to Survivor being on a day earlier in the normal time slot. As I recap for BOTH shows, I’ll be typing my little fingers to the bone. So hang in there with me kids! And someone pass the caffeine…
