Big Brother Craze

Ted is huge.

Ted rates his own Feed while the Renegades sleep.

Is Ted really Tedra? I don’t know.

But I do know that Ted now has his own Myspace page - which amuses me to no end.

The boys are still sleeping, resting up for their BB Olympic pentathalon later. Which means it’s naptime for tired Lessa’s everywhere - bbl! (Kevin, that’s Be Back Later. Heh.)

2:50 PM: The Renegades have been sunning themselves, eating tuna melts, picking on one another, playing in the pool, getting in trouble, making fun of Jerry (BEEN THERE!) chuckling at other antics, and generally being the boys we know and love. They’re saving all the cleaning for tomorrow, so that they have something to keep them busy while waiting for the live show, and still plan their Olympic action at 6pm.

I’ll keep you updated if anything exciting happens, or if we have a new topic of conversation. heh. In the meantime, hit up the Dish for Carolyn’s interview with Dan’s Sister, Kelly!

6:11 PM - checking in! Our Renegades are still chatting about 101 different random subjects, from movies to music to the stock market, etc. Dan went to the DR and was told they shouldn’t make their dinner tonight, which has excited the boys!

Dan: We love Big Brother! So I’m not gonna sing for the rest of the day!
BB: Thank you.

Awww… And the boys will NOT be on Craig Ferguson tonight, despite our hopes, and Memphis finds that unacceptable, but what are ya gonna do, hm? They are hoping for a Renegade banner, but no such luck. Dan hopes he won’t get fired for anything he’s done, that keeping his job is why he didn’t get into fights, Memphis is pretty sure his job is safe. Other then that, it’s still random chitchat and play.

6:44 - Sushi in the Storage Room!
Dan: Big Brother does love us! Thank you Big Brother!
Memphis: beautiful, BEAUTIFUL!

After stuffing themselves:
Dan: We gave them 70 days, 24/7, and they gave us a sushi feast. Fair trade.
Memphis: The olympics have been delayed.. due to overeating.
Dan: gluttony. sloth. We have exhibited two deadly sins tonight!

Dan: we’re gonna see our girlfriends in less then 24 hours
Memphis: I thought it was never gonna end!
Dan: I wonder if this theme was blast from the past
Memphis: why?
Dan: because everything is old, even Jerry was old!

And the Olympics are on! So far -
Rummy - Memphis
Chess - Dan
Bocce Ball - Memphis

And we’re in the middle of Texas Hold’em, and Dan is clearly ahead. It may all come down to the card toss! Or not, Memphis just won a BIG hand!

10:20 PM - Memphis comes back and wins Poker! Looks like he’s going to come away with the Olympic Victory, though Dan is insisting on card toss anyway. (grin) Best out of 7. Dan manages to save a bit of his pride, winning card toss 4-1, though Memphis still is the BB!) Pentathlon, 3-2!

BEER PONG!

11:15 PM - time to feed our delightfully fat Ted, though they don’t think he’s hungry.

Memphis yelled at the camera guy in the BY…
Memphis: Rookie! you gotta turn it the other way around!

They find a bee…
Dan: you get it.
Memphis: no you get it.
Dan: it has a stinger, I’m not gonna get it.
Memphis: it’s because it’s a bee, Mr. biology teacher.
Dan: I think he’s done hunting for the summer. Debbie on the other hand
Memphis: I don’t like Debbie.
Dan: Why?
Memphis: I don’t know. What are you gonna do when you get a shot of vodka?
Dan: What do you think I’m gonna do?
Memphis: Instant drunk!
Dan: our tolerance is shot, man…

BB: remember houseguests, if you win the half million dollar prize, you’ll never have to eat peanut butter again!
Memphis: that doesn’t make any sense! I like peanut butter!
Dan: If you had to put money on it - who do you think will win?
Memphis: You. I dunno why, but I could be completely wrong.

Memphis explains that he’s not thinking of the $500k. He is happy about the $50. He doesn’t think about the 500 that might not be mine, he KNOWS he has 50. Dan agrees.

Memphis: my mentality has always been that I only need a little bit of money to do what I wanted to do. So it makes me happy to know I’ll have enough for that.

Memphis: i know this sounds crazy, but all I’m thinking about is hugging my girlfriend. Not even the money, I just want to touch and see my girlfriend.

1:14am
Dan made his final marks on his prison calendar…”Dan was here” (didn’t get all the hatch marks, but they are under the ‘dan was here’ part.) BB told him to stop twice, he said to sell it on ebay and give it to charity - he’s been marking it for 70 days, not gonna stop him now. He’s gonna sleep in the Doom Room for his last night, for old times sake.

Dan: gonna sleep good tonight, gonna sleep $50k worth tonight. Thank you, Doom Room. Cannot believe it. Absolutely cannot believe it. How’d I get so lucky?

Memphis tells him he has to come see what he left in his bed - it’s been tehre the last couple hours.. Dan pulls the cover off the waterbed, finds a whole bunch of Tampons.

They say goodnight, laughing.

Memphis:Come get your tampons man!
Dan: They’re yours!
Memphis: I thought you needed them.

Ted is on Feed 4, for the last time. Memphis reading Dan’s bible on 1&2, Dan sleeping on 3. Bittersweet, this night… sigh.
