The day after the Donatos…
..take it all. Today is a day FILLED with interviews, as we all expected. Most of them involve the Donatos, and a lot ask the same questions, so I’m going to post links to all of the ones I can find. As for myself, I’m most interested in the other houseguests interviews at this point, but alas - they haven’t been published yet, so we’ll have to wait on those.
FYI - Tomorrow is the final House Calls of the season, and will have Zach and Eric on the show. It seems that the one comment that Eric made (and explained by his brother and seen on feeds, that HE DID NOT EVEN START) has gotten to Dick, and he is upset about it per his house calls interview today (see it at the end of this psot). However, kudos to Dick for saying that he needs to watch the show first, and THEN decide how he feels about the comments and Eric. So at least he’s waiting for more information. Hopefully, people get him the CORRECT and TRUE information.
Anyway - to start things off!
The Early Show - where Julie brushes off talking about America’s Player, and concentrates on the Donato’s relationship.
And links to some of the better articles out there after the cut, PLUS Dick and Daniele on House Calls!
Why Daniele Lost - Reality News Online
Daniele showed that she could be a brat. She showed that she inherited the Donato gene for insulting other people (it must be recessive in her, as she does it behind their backs while Dick does it to their faces). She also showed that she could compete with the best of them and that she was able to handle some strategy.
It worked, I’m here, I won. Interview with D/D Donato - Reality News Online
Dick and Daniele, the father/daughter duo who made the final two on Big Brother 8, even did their post-show interview together! What did they have to say about their different strategies? How does Dick defend the way he acted in the house? What does Daniele have to say about it? Were they surprised by the vote? They discuss all this and more right here!
The Greater of Two Evils - Lynette Rice, EW.Com
Given Daniele’s infuriating personality, I kinda got a perverse pleasure in seeing her father win season 8 of Big Brother by a 5-2 vote — considering that I didn’t want to see either of them win at all.
Winning the Game with Vile Behavior: BB8’s Dick Donato - Reality TV Hall of Shame
The eighth season of Big Brother has seen more than its fair share of representation here in the Reality TV Hall of Shame. Not one, not two, but three houseguests have already been inducted: Dustin, Mike, and Jen.
But as unprecedented as it is, we now have a fourth to add. What’s perhaps worse is that this induction is for the winner of Big Brother 8! Yes, Dick Donato is being inducted into the Reality TV Hall of Shame.
Chatting with the Donatos - The Slug
The Slug didn’t see that coming. We definitely thought the “Big Brother 8″ jury would give the grand prize to Daniele Donato, not her estranged father “Evel” Dick. What was more interesting than Dick’s win, of course, was the look on Jessica Hughbanks’ face when it was revealed that Eric Stein had been instructed by America on how to play the game all summer long. After the jump, let’s see what the Donatos have to say about their surprising win.
Donato Mess with Us! - EW.Com
Thirty-six gallons of spit and 18,000 cigarettes after entering the house, bartender ”Evel” Dick Donato took home Big Brother 8’s $500,000 prize, with his estranged daughter Daniele nabbing second place ($50,000). We talked to the father/daughter team, and found out that no matter what the opinions of the seven jury members, still smarting from the verbal abuse tossed their way by Dick all summer, this duo is confident they have nothing to apologize for.
Dick and Daniele share their secrets - TV Guide
After 81 days and countless dramas, Evel Dick emerged as the $500,000 winner of Big Brother 8, with his daughter, Daniele, taking the $50,000 second prize. The dynamic Donato duo certainly faced their share of controversy and managed to survive being on the block — with each other — three times. The day after their big win, the two shared their favorite moments of the summer, what they plan to do with the money and some surprisingly tender insights about each other.
Buddy TV’s Interview with Dick and Daniele
Earlier today, on their first day of freedom in months, we were lucky enough to speak with Dick and Daniele to discuss their season of Big Brother domination. The Donato haters of the world may not want to read much further, for the pair are as outspoken and brash here as they had been throughout the Big Brother season.

AND! Last but not least - Dick and Daniele on House Calls today (minuse the first 8 minutes or so)
WHEW. OK - I’ll keep posting them as they keep coming!

It seems to me that all the House calls aired has to be fans of E.D and not people who dislike him.
