The waiting game… and HOH pt one - Complete.
Adam said “13 minutes dude.”
And we got Trivia at 5:50 PM
- so now it’s a waiting game. They’re filming the show we’ll see tomorrow night, and then move on to part one of the HOH competition. As soon as we see something on the feeds, the spoiler button will appear, and all updates will be after that and the cut. We’re in it for the long haul, ya’ll!
8:30 PM - Still Trivia after 2:40 hours. I’m beginning to doubt that we’ll get to see anything at all. And to believe I will never, ever, get the BB song out of my head…
UPDATE: Alright, according to Reality BBQ’s forums, as well as confirmed from another unnamed source of mine, someone called and talked to CBS. They were told that the feeds would return after the endurance competition. Which means that we will not get to see the final HOH endurance. Yes, it’s disappointing and it sucks - however, that does mean the feeds will come back when it’s over, and we’ll be able to deduce who was evicted and who won - like any other competition. Yes, I’ll do my damndest to stick until the end to have that info to you ASAP, and will continue to update the time we remain feedless.
9:50 PM - Still Trivia after 4 hours 00 minutes.
The question is - am I crazy to hope that since were at minimum 2 hours of competition, that Sharon is still there? The boys were so certain that Sheila would drop quickly, cold and wet and not able to handle it, then Adam said he’d throw it to Ryan…
HOLY COW. I went to the restroom - and the feeds came back at 10:07 PM - after approx 4 hours 17 minutes..
And dammit, Sheila is still there. Ryan kept the Nominations the same, and Adam evicted Sharon. No idea who won the first part of the HOH yet - they’re talking about how surprised she is that Adam kept her, and that she’s hormonal and insane. The HOH competition had them on Boogie boards. Still no sign of Adam - he must be in DR.
Arts and Crafts time. Beads things to make earrings and necklaces and such.
The boys just “Made it official” - by closing up Sharon’s bed back into the couch. They say “Team Pull Out (couches) is gone.”
Adam just confirmed - Ryan one part one. Tomorrow Adam and Sheila go head to head, then Ryan plays the winner Wednesday night for the win. Looks like Adam kept up his part of the deal. Now he just has to win tomorrow, and the boys will be final two.
They’re all doing crafts now. Sheila teases the boys about being crafty - they say they’re versatile.
Some more banter, the boys talk about how this was the better idea (out of Sheila’s hearing, of course) that they’d still be worried had they kept Sharon. They’re both confident they can beat Sheila - Adam says he he can’t beat her tomorrow… well.
So - next up. HOH Comp Part Two tomorrow: Adam vs. Sheila. On the show tomorrow night (Tuesday) will be the POV competition, ceremony, eviction AND the start of the HOH part one (possibly the whole HOH, depending on how long the competition actually lasted.
Then, Wednesday night, HOH Comp part two (pre-taped), and the LIVE HOH Comp Part Three - Ryan vs. the winner of comp two, to determine the final HOH, and the final eviction, leaving us with the final two until Sunday.

BBAD is officially pre-recorded. I thought there might be some small chance of the competition being on BBAD.

We don’t know. Feeds cut out before the POV Meeting/Eviction/HoH - all we have is speculation.
The last minute scramble had Adam pushing HARD to vote out Sharon instead of Sheila after they’d had the final HOH process explained to them. Ryan seemed to fall for that, but then we went to Trivia and there’s no telling if he really is that big of a lunkhead or not. We’ll find out when it comes back.

You’re not missing BBAD - it was taped between 9 and noon this AM, so it’s stuff we’ve already seen, and it was only various boring conversations between houseguests. Nothing juicy happened until after that time frame.

Well, at least one of us is happy then. Sigh. I have officially named this season:
BB9 - where Lessa doesn’t ever get her way.
I do NOT want to see Sheila in final two. Which means she’ll probably end up there. She’s done less then Sharon with a whole bunch more complaining. Oh well. Time to pull out my “objective reporting” hat. Heh.

I was very disappointed with Showtime and Big Brother not airing any competitions and purposely doing things around the Showtime airtime that could let us see anything. I don’t think that I am going to keep my Showtime if I don’t get to see anything good. I mean, it was so exciting to watch Dick, Danielle, and Zach on the bunny hop and all the commentary. With all these links to the live show, seems like more peopole like me would have the same complaint. I don’t have the live feed but don’t have a computer to support that yet. It just feels like I was short changed a lot this season, except for some of the blow ups and fights and breakdowns.

I’m with you! I have the live feeds and they cut out far more than they should have. I hope they get a better cast and someone with a more lenient mind running the FOTH and Trivia buttons this next season. Having Live feeds has convinced me not to get Showtime for Big Brother. They really need to understand that we’re adults paying for this and in a time when money is getting tighter, we expect more for our dollar than hours of trivia and lousy theme music.
