Big Brother Craze

-:30 Hey there, hamster watchers! Setting up the post for the as it happens recap tonight! As always, thanks to Bobby at Live East Coast Feed for the stream! We have 30 minutes to go, and I’ve been asked why I don’t broach the subject of James’ past here at BBC. :00 Previously on bit brother… it’s Recap time!

:01 We go back to the end of the nomination ceremony, and watch Ryan and Allison and Matt and Natalie get nominated. DundunDun… Hugs all around. Matt says it’s imparative that he says in the house and he’s not to be messed with. Joshuah says thatAllison is ugly on the outside and inside and it’s the best interest of the house that she be evicted. Allison says she’s not surprised. Ryan says that he knows the house is against Allison. Chelsia wants Matt and Natalie out, instead, because they’re strong.

Josh and Sharon go upstairs, and she asks him what he’s thinking. He says he feels he made the speech without blowing up and shocked the house. He curls up with his headphones to listen to music.

Matt and Natalie talk and he points out the house is after them. They just say they have to win POV and he tells Natalie to keep his mouth shut. He goes out and talks to Adam and James, and asks them how they can expect to be carried. Adam says it’s all about timing in the game and he’s happy he’s not been nominated. Natalie jokes “Good times!” And she tells Natalie that she’s used to being nominated. Sheila tells us that Allison has drawn a lot of attention to herself, and unknowingly tha helps her out.

James asks for a massage from Chelsia, she says sure, and Natalie chimes in she wants one too, cut to him telling her he won’t cuddle with her at night, and her trying to get him to talk to her. He tells us she’s been chasing him like nobodys business since he kissed her. He says he doesn’t know what to do, because she’ll make someone happy - just not him. Hahaha.

:06 Allison and Natalie are in the Sauna, where Allison is reminding her they owe her. She tells us that they owe her because they saved them. Allison the obvious, one of them has to win pov and take themselves off. She’s positive that James and Chelsia will be the replacement nominations.

Natalie tells us she does owe her, and she hopes they win the POV and flip the house around.

:07 Commercial!

:10 We’re back! It’s time to pick players for the Veto Competition! Everyone gathers in the living room to choose players. The random players chosen are Sheila and Adam. Ryan and Allison don’t look to happy about that. They choose James to host the competition.

Cut to Mattie in the HOH with Sharon, saying he hopes it’s something they’re good at. Josh says he hopes so too, that’s what they want to happen.

:12 Its time for the Veto Competition! James comes out in a Toga - like Cupid. They head outside, and it looks awesome. The women will be hoisted in the air as the guys run for the puzzle pieces, and the women will have to solve Cupid’s puzzle, then shoot an arrow and pierce the heart - first one does it, gets Veto. Allison tells us she’s confident, and deserves to win. Adam says Sheila told him he had to go up because she’s afraid of heights - he tells us “You’re gonna pull my fat ass? no way!” They go, and Ryan heads off at a sprint, with Allison screaming at him to go go go go go. She says “we got it! that’s it! gimme that one!” as everyone else works quietly and steadily.

Matt says he had no problem at all - then they start working together correctly, as Natalie tells him when to go and stop so she can work. Josh says it was exhausting, and he’s not giving her a chance to work the puzzle, they finally get into synch. Sheila now digs into Adam because he’s not letting her grab anything, and she tells us he NEVER works with her. Allison says she figured out the puzzle in 30 seconds, that it was the veto sign. She screams she has the puzzle, and it’s a flurry of activity.

Sharon begs Josh to stop for a minute so that she can work. Adam tells us that he should have just done it himself, Sheila is horrible. Natatalie and Mattie are working well together, as Allison is SCREAMING for Ryan to hurry, she needs one more piece, Ryan brings her the wrong one, and Natalie says she has it, for Mattie to stop, so she can work it. Natalie gets it while Allison is still screaming, and Mattie and Natalie WIN POV!

Sheila says sorry because she did horribly, as Matt and Natalie celebrate. Matt says thank god Natalie has that ability to see the puzzle and solve it, and Natalie says she made Mattie happy, it was the greatest reward ever.

Everyone cheers, cept Allison and Ryan of course. Allison tells us she’s sad and angry because Josh has no reason to hate her, and she’s sad for Ryan. Sheila says she knows they’re going up, and she’s a little worried. Chelsia says she was pissed that Matt and Natalie won, because she was cheering for Allison and Ryan because she wants Matt and Nattie gone.

:23 Allison tells Ryan that it’s a done deal, Josh hates her, and she did the best she could. She goes on about Joshuah’s hatred, and how it doesn’t matter. Ryan says it sucks they don’t have a chance to save themselves. Allison says she’s sorry.

Meanwhile, in the HOH Mattie does his “Matties off the block” dance for us. He tells us that he works everyone in a way that appeals to them, and he even Kisses Joshuah, because he can appeal to the Gay. Natalie joins the dance, and Mattie even tells her she earned a massage.

Downstairs, Matt approaches Ryan, and tells us Ryan is a friend of his, so he wants to make sure it works that way. He tells Ryan that he knows how to work people, and that he’s got his back. Ryan says he trusts him, and he hates that it’d happen this way. He says there’s still a chance, and Mattie agrees.

Next up, Mattie goes to talk to Allison, who’s crying in the bathroom. He tells us that he has to be Allison’s shoulder to cry on. She says, in tears that she feels bad for Ryan. Mattie compliments her, and says she’ll be allright. She says you never know, and he says gotta work it, you can do it. She smiles, and he moves on to his next target.

Sheila and Allison are talking in the Kitchen about how Adam stresses her out before competitions, and starts fighting with her. She tells us they don’t get along, once again, and he stressed her out. They start to argue, and she tells him to quit making it seem like he’s doing it all himself, that his attitude sucks. He tells her not to complain, and she says she’s not - she’s telling him what he’s doing and asks if she should talk to the wall - in a BB Brilliant move - the WALL TALKS! They play the funniest clip ever - and Sheila says it’s a male wall. It was James, of course, and he calls her Shebot the Man Hater, and tells us that their bickering makes him laughing.

Shelia tells us it’s a love hate relationship, and maybe it makes them an old married couple, and the Wall tells her that Adam’s a good guy and give him a chance. She goes “gee thanks, wall.” That’s my favorite clip so far this season!

Next victim on Mattie’s list is Sharon. He tells us he has to use his charm and make her think he cares about her, which he doesn’t, he just wants her in his back pocket. He talks about how he runs Natalie, and he makes the decisions, though Allison is trying to work her. He asks if its bad if he’s not attracted to her, while making eyes at Sharon, basically saying that it’s Sharon that he’s attracted too. Natalie comes up and he hides in the bathroom and Natalie leaves to try and find him. Hah.

He lays down again, and he makes his move - jumping on her and kissing her, to cheesey romance music in the background. He tells us she’s playing right into his trap, and he loves it. Cut to Sheila laughing at him - you think your romancing me? Bring it on, I can play that card too!

Josh comes in and says Natalie is still looking for him, and Josh says he told her she was in Diary. Josh tells Mattie that she’s so proud he’s her partner and she won the game for him. Natalie makes it back to the HOH again, and finds him in the HOH bathroom of course. He’s all “What do you need?” and she says he’s hiding from her. And she asks for her Massage, and he says maybe later, and that she did great today, but maybe she’ll get her massage later. Sharon says she wants one too, and Mattie escapes.

Natalie tells Sharon and Josh that he’s turned on by her, that’s why he runs from her. And she leaves. Sharon tells Josh what was going on with Mattie, that he’s trying to work her, and Josh laughs and says whore yourself out. Sharon tells us she doesn’t care how she getst to the end, as long as she gets there!

:37 We’re back! Mattie is outside, with James, as Natalie comes out to do laundry. Mattie tries to talk to her, and she doesn’t want too. He decides to talk to her, and explain how he really feels, and says he doesn’t mean to be mean to her. He’s just taking things out on her (this is the fight from last week) He says she’s her friend, and that she shouldn’t get broken by him in any way. He promises to try being nicer to her. He says he’s not denying it, and she tries to get him to let her talk. Says she’s his partner and he should have conversations with her. That he doesn’t want to get emotionally involved, they were both put there for a reason.

He says he’ll tell her his whole life story, and that he took her questions the wrong way, and that he. is. sorry, and they can be great friends. And he says ok, they’ll be friends. He tells us that she’s a great girl, but he has to keep her as a friend, she’s not for him relationship wise and she knows that. They hug it out, and he says he’ll try to be nic. Natalie says that Mattie could definitely be her soulmate without a doubt. Good lord.

And here’s Allison asking Josh if they’re ever going to talk, or just hate each other. She acts befuddled when he points out she’s a liar and doesn’t remember half the things she says. She says she doesn’t understand why he’d be in conflict with everyone, and she says she doesn’t understand why he flipped on her. He says she’s been playing the wrong way, and she’s going home, so go. He doesn’t get worked up, because she’s going home and he cares othing for her. She reminds him he doesn’t control the game.

:42 They come inside where there’s a letter from Big Brother, announcing that there will be a siren sometime in the coming weeks (it sounds like an airraid siren!) and that when they hear it they need to gather to the living room, and hear an announcement. Expect the unexpected. Everyone starts talking about it. Allison tells us she’s hoping the siren helps her. Help she needs help! Matt says if something drastic happens, it’ll shake up everything and he’ll be pissed if it happens before the Veto meeting. Josh tells us it could blow everything he has planned out of the water.

:44 Commercial.

:48 We’re back, and Josh and Sharon are talking about the siren, and Josh says that he’s freaked out, and gets an outfit ready to grab on the run. He tells Mattie and Natalie that they’re scared that it’ll take the POV away. They’re hoping it’s not that, and Sharon says it doesn’t sound pretty or happy, or anything nice and good. The worse scenario is that it’s tonight and it messes with the POV.

Cut to Ryan in the back yard, who is hoping that it’s his Hail Mary, and he’s down for anything. The HOH wants them out of there, he can’t see anything negative about the Siren. He tells us he and Allison NEED a twist right now.

In the bathroom, Allison and Natalie are freaking out, and Allison thinks it will be another power couple, and that if so they could save themselves.

:51 It’s time for the Veto Ceremony. Matt says even if they hadn’t won it, he’d feel good because Allison is a self-destructing time bomb, and Natalie says she’s glad they won, because Allison is manipulative and tricky and could turn things around.

They call everyone in for the meeting, and Sheila says she’s worried, and that it’d be a dumb move to lose them in terms of winning the game. Natalie starts the Meeting, and give Allison and Ryan a chance to speak. Ryan says they faught hard and earned the Veto and they deserve to use it on themselves. Allison doesn’t speak, and Mattie says they decided to use it and take themselves off the block, and Josh and Sharon will now name a couple to replace them.

Josh says he and Sharon have thought long and hard, but it’s a game, and stragicly they think it’s the best interest of the house, but they nominate Sheila and Adam. With that, the Veto Meeting is adjourned.

:53 Adam says Josh did the right thing to get Allison out of the house, but he’ll freak out if it chances. Sheila says she wants to stay and it makes her sick to think of leaving. Allison says she’ll fight really hard, she’s a survivor.
